He just needs to cheer the fuck up and start enjoying the game again.
There's no question that he knows his stuff but his biggest fault now appears to be man management, which wasnt the case in his early days at Chelsea.
He created a great team spirit there but it feels like, at every club since, instead of creating that 'us against the world' mentality, he's created an 'everyone against Jose' mentality.
I had similar thoughts about Jose wanting the Spurs job after he was so complimentary about us on Sky. I bet we are one of the top jobs he's hoping becomes available, and Levy tried to get him in the past.
I totally agree with what everyone is saying about him and Levy but I do think it would be an interesting option IF Poch leaves (please stay 5+ years Mauricio!). I agree about the 'everyone against Jose' mentality which seems to have happened since he went to Real Madrid, but I think that's because the profile of player changed. He went from young and hungry teams in Porto and Chelsea (first spell), and a very professional and hungry Inter side. His last 3 big jobs he has had issues with player power, notably prima donnas like Ronaldo, Ramos, Hazard and Pogba (we saw at Chelsea how quickly Conte got bombed out by the players too).
I actually think the Spurs squad would be primed for Jose right now, if he could get his mojo back. Super talented but importantly team players that are thirsty for success. Hopefully it'll never come to that and Poch will build a dynasty!
