On Italian Inter forums they are trying to forget the second half and concentrate on the positives of the first half.
Many seem to not rate Mancini, thinking he cares more about his wallet than sorting out his team and is a limited coach to begin with that has got very lucky in the teams he has got to manage.
They generally think that they have a good if not spectacular first 11, but seriously lack depth, and the players have no idea how to play as a team, this they see Mancini as to blame.
It must be said that this is all said in the context of a terrible preseason where they have only won one game (against Real Salt Lake) and conceding 14 goals in the last 4 games. Maybe us Spurs fans need to not get ahead of ourselves keep in mind how bad inter have been this preseason.
Many seem to blame Mancini for the result and comparing it to our game against Juventus they see a big gap having emerged. They do not think there is a big difference in quality between us and them, minus the fact we have much better fullbacks a better goalkeeper and they see Kane as better than Icardi. Even so, they see the result as more indicative of a lack of players knowing how to play as a team. Some excuse this issue as being normal as this is they first time a lot of the players have played together, some are more worried.
Some admire our competitiveness and aggression compared to theirs. One commenting that 'to understand the game today... At 6-1 Lamela gets booked for a foul on Biabiany'
Lamela was generally seen to have had a good game one discribing him as a
'A handsome son of a bitch'
Other notable comments
'Jansen is looking like Van Basten, fucking Hell..'
'Alli is World Class'
lots of praise for Alli actually, while Eriksen and Lamela were seen as our most dangerous players first half.
