Don't understand, why are we resting him? To help our push for 5th to make sure we're in the Europa League next season?? o_O

Sig was horrendous when he played in central midfield ... in saying that, he's been pretty anonymous in every position he's played during the last few months lol

I'm turning over if captain fantastic Lennon is on the left and Townsend on the right.

But playing a midfielder instead of a natural younger defender.
Sandro in defence, no steel in the middle.
Eriksen on the bench.

I can only think the hope is Sig gets given 3 weeks to get the ball, do a 17 point turn, look up and drill a long range thunderbolt past their dodgy keeper.
