not that I am aware of just hasn't featured to date and rumours are that he isn't ready to start a game, just rumours but with 2 weeks to the start of the season he needs to be starting games

I stuck this on the Suarez thread and having read all the moral outrage on this one about suarez I thought I would stick it here as well. Most if not all of the fans on this site are decent people, but I think there is a fundamental issue here that is important .
People make mistakes in life and deserve a second chance.
Suarez behaviour is all down to the fact he had to play in 'pool with a tw*t of a manager, a bunch of bindippers ....all cos arry turned him down...
He really wanted to come to Spurs and was heartbroken he could n't live in london...
RM was only an option cos he thought we did nt want him.....So hes been acting out...having a temper tantrum
Sandro will make sure he behaves.....
After all if liverpool was a decent place to live the beatles would have never left
ON a serious note I really hope bale does not leave, but if he does if AVB and Dl decide to spend the Bale money and gamble 50m on Suarez I will still support Spurs and I will admire their balls as it is not an easy decision to sign suarz given his past behaviour on and off the pitch
There are not that many world class players that are prem proven in that position...(other than Bale I cant think of any others that are available)
So for pure footballing reasons I could understand the thought process
What price redemption, In the unlikely event he came to us, had a fresh start, and behaved as model pro surely he could be forgiven past transgressions?
