Whatever it was, it's always worth pointing out that we're being tight on such things lest another, far more innocent passer by happen upon such a post and start giving it some welly of their own. From such small seeds doth rebellion grow.I know rules is rules but I thought Matt's post wasn't bashing any specific ITK but just was implying that a lot say done when it isn't so don't get your hopes up. Another way of saying take everything with a pinch of salt. The dictionary bit was just an attempt at humour rather than a unveiled insult.
Start banning people for advising caution against believing ITK and misunderstood attempts at humour and you may aswell turn that banstick around for some self abuse!
Nobody has been banned and nobody has had one of SC's offical 'gifts' eased up them.
Yet.

Because once clubs know you're bidding from a position of need they'll try to get more out of you. Easier to negotiate for something that you want, rather than something that you need.

Valencia back pedalling was one.
Valencia manager and chairman don't want to sell and aren't sure of a replacement was another.
Very different to "all but done" or some of the other much more positive comments about 24hrs ago.
