I still think willian must be a strong candidate, he missed there last game as he wasn't in the right frame of mind, he must have had some good discussions with us for that to have happened i think.

Does he even have to be? Surely the medical can be done anywhere. And wasn't his agent said to be at Spurs this afternoon, surely he'd thrash out the contract details. Fax a contract, sign, fax it back. Medical at whatever hospital is local.
Not as if he needs to meet the manager to discuss footballing philosophies and how he would be used...

i suppose something comforting is that the whole moutinho thing is still only listed as "sky sources say" on SSN. if it really had broken down, we would have had something concrete. Its been about 3 hrs since they announced this.
