As we can't replace Modric like for like going for m'villa makes sense as it will make us more solid

M'Vila makes sense to me. Sandro is not at his best when sitting in front of the back 4, but when he's charging around the pitch scaring the bejeezus out of everyone. If M'Vila can do that Makelele thang then Sandro can operate in that box-to-box role and we'll be solid as fack.

Ni thigim.

I like m'vila. Nice passer for somebody that is only supposed to break up play. We look at labels like DM and use that solely as our guide. And yes, mental issues. You buy those kind cheap and fix them Cloughie style.

Can someone on Twitter ask one of the boys if they've heard anything about Alcácer (Valencia).

Brazil beat plucky Honduras 3-2 with Leandro Damiao, watched by Spurs, score twice. Excellent Espinoza s/o so Honduras finished with 9 men

How many times do we need to watch this guy?

It amazes me, I might be completely off the mark, but it feels like we've spent 18 months scouting a single player who we don't even look like ever signing.

"Although a good player that he is, he is certainly not required.

I'd be very pissed off if time, money and effort is being used in trying to bring him in when there are more pressing matters.

Like a striker that we've been looking for, for 8 windows"

The above was my response to the M'villa rumours yesterday.

It recieved a 'dumb' rating.

I'd like to say we have some fucking idiots on this forum.

I didn't give you the dumb rating.. but...

m'vila is one of the biggest young talents in world football. if there is a possibility, then i'd be pissed off if we weren't trying to bring him in! parker won't last forever, especially if he keeps playing for england. In the 'new' spurs, who knows, Sandro may be transformed into more of a box to box midfielder by AVB...

I have said this sooooo many times on this forum, but the notion that because one transfer is being negotiated doesn't imply that the next three aren't! You think there is only one person talking to clubs over players? and that if he's talking to M'vila that means no one is talking to any strikers? i just don't get why people get annoyed at the order in which transfers are made. If we have our valuations of players and that is all we'll pay, then this is beyond our control.

FFS. Watching Damiao is pointless at this point.

As is pursuing him. Going to be very overpriced and he basically has dismissed us whenever we've been linked in the past.

He hasnt dismissed merely stated that he is happy in Brazil, he basically isn't going to be a shit to inter to come to us and why should he?

As I have stated before he isn't too fussed about about moving away from inter because he know that the NT coach can watch him every week in Brazil
