Ndombele on his way out, now GLC seems to have lost his sharpness. Really worried about CM, have we had any solid ITK there recently? We might be in for Aouar and had a failed bid for Sander Berge a while back, right?

I count 26 players on the 1st team squad page - if we get 4 in, we still need to get about 6-7 out.

Lots to do, and time is running short.

Not sure why the spam ratings - we have actual ITK from Trix and Hercules that we want at least 4 more in - 5, if Kane leaves.

This is a comment directly to that - that simply notes, we need to move even more out, if we get that many in.

Really think we need to strengthen in the middle as well. Cannot rely on likes of nDombele or Lol celso who only turn up when it suits them. Winks and Sissoko clearly no longer up to it, so we are only any injury to Peh or Skipp away from serious trouble.

We’ve had ITK this week that Aouar is one to keep an eye on, and while there have been links this window to Berge, Nandez, Damsgaard and Ward-Prowse, it never sounded like any of those were in progressed or advanced talks.

In reality we might need to wait until Sissoko, Winks or both leave until we can realistically sign any more CMs. You’ve got to feel that that position has moved up the urgency list after today though.

Watched West Brom demolish Sheffield United and Sander Berge did not stand out at all For Utd.

Skipp, Clarke, Sess and Gil are all U21, so we should have three open spots for the 25-man squad if nobody leaves.

It’s more about having too many bodies and not enough minutes - even assuming we qualify for Europa Conference League.
