Vucinic would be perfect! Can score with his head to... x would be expensive if they would let him go.

All things considered Ekotto probably is our weakest link from a defensive standpoint. He was utterly abysmal against Everton, like he couldn't be arsed with defending for the night, which was nice of him.

how many games have we played this season???

how many goals did our defence (including ekotto) concede last season??

he had a bad game against everton....blimey so what!

as for the highlighted bit....hutton plays right back!!!!!!!!

Tell you what, I'd love Vucinic. If Levy's told Harry there's no chance of Carroll, and Harry doesn't think Suarez is a lone forward, Vucinic is probably the logical next step. Would be a great signing.

And has there been any ITK regarding Vucinic this window? No, there has not, at least in the last few hours. Why are people discussing him, then? Fuck knows.

Yes, Vucinic's record of scoring in fewer than a third of his games for one of the best sides in a league which has been inferior to ours throughout his professional career really makes him just what we need.

While we're at it, let's get Jay Bothroyd. He has just better than a one in three record in an inferior league.

Seeing as you asked so nicely, in Spain (arguably a superior league to ours, definitely superior to Serie A) Fabiano has two goals fewer than a one in two strike rate, while having better than one in two for his international side.

Oh, and I'm not thrilled about the prospect of him either, but from a goalscoring point of view he's a lot closer to being 'just what we need'.

Thank you for the unprovoked and random insult, I'm sure you're a very special boy using such grown up words.

Could we not just send Keane and Pav gift wrapped for Jose and get Benzema in return

Serioulsy though I would love Benzema, such a pitty the Argie got injured...

According to the Guardian (not sure if its the english one) were offering £20m

Segun The Guardian: El Tottenham estarían dispuestos a poner 20 millones de euros por el delantero del Real Madrid "Karim Benzema

There's only one person on our books that could make a deal with Jose possible

Jenas to Madrid!

It's not ITK.

And Benzema's goalscoring record for Real in La Liga is only marginally better than Crouchinho's for us. This does not strike me as a recommendation.
