He’s only there for me because I want 3 in the middle for a change and if you stick with wingbacks they need to have a big attacking threat as they are your only width in a 352. Danjuma can play LWB and there’s absolutely no way in the world he could be worse than Perisic. Also allows Skipp to play to his strengths in DM, PEH and Sarr would perform better in a 3 too IMO

Sonny and Perisic will almost certainly be selected for their broad experience and footballing know-how. Richarlison could flourish but might not. Kane will likely be pivotal. A combative midfield, a focused defence. I'm sorry that Gil is on loan because I like that kind of imagination and 'box of tricks', all the more as Spurs can be a bit plodding on a bad night. Otherwise, I can only trust that the people coaching the team have been putting their heads together on the challenge and that on the night of the match that substitutions are made in good time to improve team play.
