Near complete dominance apart from a 5 minute spell from Frankfurt. If we knick a goal I think this will be in the bag, they don't look like a team who can chase a game.

Son once again looking poor when it matters. Should have buried his chance, and put one on a plate for Kane.

Kane Son & Rich together just doesn’t seem to click. Really miss the balance that Kulusevski gives us.
Be tempted to give Gil a try in the second half as he can certainly pick a pass around the box.

Richie is not a right wing we all knew that when we bought him. Still Emerson shocking
I’d honestly consider bringing him off for Gill. I agree, he’s just uncomfortable on the right, pretty much sums up a square peg in round hole.

They are losing composure. If we get at them hard from the start after the break, I reckon we’ll see cards. However, if their coach decides to change formation, and overload us in midfield, might get sticky…

This game reminds me so much of the sporting one. How we haven’t buried two or three by now baffles me and will bite us in the ass

Lloris hasn't had much to do at all really.
If the opposition keeper is the busier of the two then happy days.
We've too much quality upfront and creating too many chances for one of those 3 not to score in another 45mins.
I've popped the champers already ?

Much better so far. Again just letting ourselves down with the final ball/finish. Sharper linkup overall at least.

No idea why he smashed that cross to Kane. Just low confidence I think.

Definitely better. Not great but better. I wonder if we can come out and play like this again in the second half.
I worry we won’t keep this up and end up deep in our own half again.

Is it just me or has Ndicka been very impressive? He’s completely shut down whomever’s been on his side of the pitch

Our best chances weren't actually the shots off target, it was actually the just not quite getting on the end of a cross with the goal begging.

Son has played much better today and has given Kane some chances. Perisic was unlucky too.

Overall much better today. Just need to build on it and score in the 2nd half. An away win will be huge given our recent European record.

That’s always the worry with this team
