Rose for me, been missing a chunk of the season but his drive and gusto at a crucial time was key to creating the momentum we have carried through.

Hope he retires with us.

I voted "Eriksen". He didn't really deserve that title 2013-2014, but now I think he's been most important player in the league with Kante.

Thank you Eriksen.

Rose's last game was the last day of January. He's missed three whole months of football and 11 league games, nearly 30% of league games.

He hasn't played a single minute of our 9 game winning streak.

As good as he was before the injury, you can't vote him player of the year.

Dele Alli....for me. Alli's been tremendous. Really well done by Pochettino, for developing Alli into a goal machine.

It's really hard to pick just one player, but I've gone for Dele Alli. He was a bit slow getting going but he's really stepped up in the second half of the season and for me he's the player that really makes the difference. He's contributed at least a goal or assist in all but 15 of our league games this season (the same number as Hazzard) and has scored in big games against Chelsea, Arsenal, City & Everton.

Player of the season is all about consistency for me, and has to go to CE.
Although he's my player of the year, he certainly wasn't very consistent the first 3 months of the season. Has been brilliant the second half of it

It has to be Dele Alli for me.

Bear in mind he is our highest goalscorer in the league if you take away penalties. Yup, even more than Kane.

And this coming from an advanced midfield role, not as a main striker.

True, goals alone should not be the yardstick but surely, surely immense recognition is imperative if its from a midfielder.

Dele Alli for me.

I'm actually surprised you think anyone deserves it tbh.

The amount of stick that CE got in the match day forums was cringingly frightening.

For me it is Alli - his goals from either peg and his filbert.

The two goals against Chelsea at WHL stand out as a defining moment in our season no matter where we end up.

It's one of those rarities when nobody can be deemed as the standout player in a season whereby the team has excelled in all facets of play.

Push comes to shove, I'd personally like a joint award recognising the efforts defensively as well as our attacking prowess so for me, the award should be awarded to Vertonghen and Eriksen but i'm sure inevitably the award will be given to Alli.
