Yes him. Please make him stop. I can't take any more interviews with any of these players. Been done to death.

Agree, but after years of it I just zone out now. Wish they’d bring back “shoot for a holiday” or something like that.

He seems a lovely guy but it's funny how for all the money spent on the stadium the half time bit is exactly the same - oh look it's Cliff Jones!!!!

I don’t mind him personally, just those interviews are so banal. How often do you go to games?
I used to go quite often. From BMJ times to last Redknapp season when I went to all home games. Last one I saw was Everton last game of the season

Fair enough, although I’m surprised you’re not sick of the HT stuff by now! There’s only so many times I can hear Paul Coyte ask Pat Jennings/Allan Mullery/Cliff Jones/Ricky Villa etc how it feels to be back on the pitch :D

Can't find much on Rawk, no match thread for the coming weekend that i can see yet - just this

I expect us to beat United at home. Yes we struggled away to them last 2 occasions but at home we smashed them last season and they've arguably got worse. and West Ham isn't as tough as it used to be - I'd expect a win there.

Wolves and Spurs away are tough. I'd absolutely take 4 points from these 2 - Spurs probably play better without Kane and Jose will be desperate to make himself feel relevant.

Seems like the further they peel away at the top, the more conservative they are getting with their predictions.

Have they seen us play recently?

I think I used to prefer him when I couldn’t hear a word he said at HT. His interviews were much more entertaining then!

He does some slots on talkSPORT 2 which I’ve heard the odd snippet of, not very exciting!

I’m sure he’s a lovely bloke but you wouldn’t be surprised to find him at the end of the railway platform taking down numbers

I think there's a "tenterhooks" reaction among the fans, as long as they are protecting an undefeated run. They're all anticipating that it will come to an end.

Once they've lost once, they'll go back to smashing everyone every week - just as the polls on match threads here always predict, despite the universal moaning in the thread itself ;) .

The sumo football at Norwich at half time was good. Better than the match tbh. Could we have that?

They used to be overconfident when we were a much better side, much to our annoyance. Now they are on fire and we are a shambles and they are being cautious, so weird. Probably just expecting to lose a game at some point, they've been unbeaten for so long. I'd actually say Utd are more likely to stop them than us.

We always say the same, when everything points to a comfortable win most of us fear a 1-0 defeat.

Why the need for 'entertainment' at half-time? Just go for a burger / beer / a piss or have a chat or read the programme. Just let them water the pitch and replace the divots in peace.

I miss when his voice would penetrate my eardrums and my soul.

I’m surprised they aren’t super confident and saying put out their reserves again. That would be more like the arrogant pricks.
