So what's that I hear you cry...

..."What are those Blades fans saying about our match tomorrow????"...

I like that last comment!
They have earned the right to be optimistic, but their early season good form has to earn sometime.

Let's see how those Sheffield Utd fans are feeling when Saturday comes. One does not simply walk into Tottenham.

Like the guy who is worrying about our set piece attack. Lols.
I don't think he's ever seen the quality of our set piece deliveries. On paper we should be dangerous but it's not easy when Eriksen and co never clear the first man.

Same here

--------------

Who's gonna do a round up of all the rival forums then?
I had a look on Kumb, but its very similar to what you get on here.
It seems like a pretty even split between thinking appointing a proven winner is our best shot at winning something, and thinking he's a 'busted flush' who will ruin us.

It's basically jealousy and they are astounded that little old Spurs are able to hire such a big name, literally everyone I've spoken to keeps reminding me of his negative traits, he's gonna keep moaning, he's not gonng play any youngsters, him and Levy are going to clash etc...

Deep down they are shit scared, just like they were when we threatened to win the title, they were getting used to Spurs 'returning back to their natural place'.

I'm being rinsed by Utd, Chelsea and Liverpool fans. With no hint of jealousy.

I am also being rinsed by Reading and West Ham fans with no hint of jealousy, despite the awful situations they are in.

How were the Chelsea, Lpool and United fans treating you last week? Genuine question.

Yep that’s what I’m hearing/seeing too.

The most common one (and I’ve seen it on here a lot as well) is “enjoy the next season and a half as come your 3rd season the wheels will fall off”

That might well be true but isn’t this exactly how all managers reigns end. I mean, it’s pretty obvious it just varies in terms of how long it takes to get to that point. With Poch it was 5, with Arry it was 4 or 5 with AVB less. You don’t sack a manager when shit is going well as no manager can keep winning forever so I really don’t get thistype of comment. If Jose gets us a respectable league finish (top 6) and we win the FA cup and the following year gets us back into CL and wins say the league cup I won’t really care if it goes a bit shit in the 3rd season and we get rid as this is just how football is.

UTD fans are in no position to rinse anyone. They’re as much of a joke, if not more, than us.
