Yep. Especially with Son and (Not sure if anyone read the press conferences transcript today) maybe a chance Kane makes it back, we should be scoring an away goal there.

It's imperative we don't concede tomorrow night.

I give it 4 minutes. It’s how we roll.

In the back you have running backs, which do not know what playing football is against wingers.

They're not wrong

They seem pretty confident overall, and I would be too if I were an Ajax fan - we've got so many injuries, Son is suspended and they've knocked out Real Madrid and Juventus already....

However, I think they could be underestimating our fight and somewhat surprising 'big game' / 'big team' mentality in this competition so far. We somehow score vital goals and pull off incredible results out of nowhere.
Agree and it's this that gives me faith. It's like when fergie had Utd winning with John oshea and Wes Brown. They had the mentality and application which often did over the likes of spurs. Great point Gdawg

They beat Madrid and Juventus. We beat Dortmund and City.

I think both have done incredibly well considering. I really can't call it, I think they are probably playing better than us but form goes out the window in this competition it seems! Just pray and hope we keep that clean sheet tomorrow.

Hope ours does.

I get why Ajax fans are confident - they should be! We are in poor form and missing three key players including perhaps the best striker in Europe. They have swatted aside two European giants and in some style. In De Jong and De Ligt they have the finest young talents around and it is, without doubt, the most impressive Ajax team in decades.

It is not unreasonable to make them favorites. However, they would be foolish to underestimate this Spurs side - we will still put out a highly competitive and motivated 11 that seem to raise their game in Europe. If Ajax fail to put us to bed in this match, a returning Son could make them pay big time in Amsterdam.

Its a tough game, i hope we come out of the blocks tonight and no slow start. They need to be hit straight from the off and let them know they are in a real battle as well as a football match. Crowd have huge role tonight. Would be great to repeat the city & dortmund clean sheets in first leg and possibly nicking 1, allowing us more freedom over there. I hope Poch has an emotional video of Bill to show the players and give them the belief. Make us proud Spurs. COYS.

I keep changing my mind as to what to expect from this game.
One minute we are going to just about edge it the next minute I think we are going to be turned over.
I think Midfield is going to be key so to have any chance Sissoko needs to be back and to be up to speed straight away and Eriksen needs to be on top of his game. If they are not I think we will struggle.
