"Dembele and Wanyama are what worry me about Saturdaya more then anything. They have been very impressive from what ive seen of Spurs and i fear they will absolutely bully us in the middle. We just dont have the players to compete with those two if we go with Yaya and Zab. Gives me nightmares just thinking about that matchup."

"Dembele is far and away the most skilful central midfielder in the country
I think he is the best all round midfielder in the league, personally
He would thrive here, but it would take 60M to get him from Spurs, not that I would leave that cohesive unit for our hash job if I was him!"

So proud right now :D

Man City are the richest club in the country with the coach many people think is the best in the world and their fans are pessimistic about playing us at home, that's not too shabby is it.

And yet half our fans can't see what Dembele offers most weeks :ROFLMAO:
(I'm not one of them, I love the Mousse)

You're right, it's a great boost for us as fans to think that the fans of a quality team like ManC think we are going to stuff them at their place. Their team isn't playing well at the moment, but they do have quality players and could, no SHOULD, gee themselves up for our game. I just hope our boys go at them full tilt from the off and don't give them a chance to settle. For me that could well be the key to winning, if they get a chance to settle down and time to think on the ball then we could end up being very disappointed at the final whistle.

Surely guardiola can't be stupid enough to play toure and zabeleta against our central midfield?

'I think the same about the Spurs game. They will attack us and leave lots of chances for us to catch them on the break.'

well, that's not true at all.

From F365

Even if Hugo Lloris had conceded every shot on target he faced in the last four league games, Spurs would still have taken 10 points from a possible 12. In their last eight they have created 127 chances, 23 more than their nearest rival and 50 more than Chelsea. They have had 61 shots on target, 13 more than their nearest rival and 24 more than Manchester City. They have faced only 18 shots on target, two fewer than their nearest rival and 13 fewer than Arsenal.

Love City to play Zab and Yaha as the middle 2, also get Walker and Rose pushed up high in our 3421 formation could really cause them issues.

I feel Pep doesn't have the players to play quite how he wants and I can understand why their fans are worried. Suppose they can just blow another few hundred million in the summer trying to solve it.
