the VAR operators constantly check everything that comes within its parameters, they stop the game when wanting a more detailed look at something but that doesnt mean if the game doesnt stop it hasnt been looked at

The rules for handball have changed and it is now any contact with the arm....intentional or not so if the ball hits any part of the arm it is handball

Not correct- only applies to attacking players leading to a goal
