Keane and Crouch partnership = disaster.

All ready tried against Arsenal, Stoke and Everton (CUP). The two league games delivered zero points and zero goals.

They would also go down in the record books for being the slowest strike force pairing since the premier leagie began.

What, leave our top goalscorer on the bench against a team in the relagation zone is the way forward?
Not sure why Defoe needs to buck his ideas up, and be dropped when all he did was miss a penalty against Everton, and the fact he has been our most consistent scorer.
Are you forgetting he also scored in that game?

he also wasted 8 other chances against everton.

Crouch was the wasteful one against Everton. Even if he did, which striker does put away all their chances? At least he scored, without it, we would have lost.

Typical Spurs, lose to the shit teams and usually do well against the better teams, we DO NOT have that bloody minded desire to force a win when we really need to, as Manure and the Chavs do and we don't have players that are horrible to play against, who can bully particularly in midfield. Physical sides like Wolves and Stoke find it too easy to bully us and we resort to long ball shit. The Hudd, as talented as he is, doesn't have the strong winning mentality to be a top class playmaker, in fact most of our team are the same, we're great when the opposition let us play but when they start to give it some we seem clueless. That typical Spurs' soft underbelly is hauntingly recurrent, we have great talent but are missing that one vital ingredient; the real desire to be the very best. Anyway we'll probably go and beat Citeh quite comfortably Wednesday!!! COYS

How sickening is it that a team we dominated on their own patch only 2 weeks ago go to Old Trafford and win, while we lose at home to Wolves. Fucking unbelievable.

No way would we have held on if we were in the same position, so depressing :(

because villa played the exact same football today that they play at home. we go to a top four club away from home and suddenly change winning formations etc, playing keane or lennon on the left etc.

we have an inferiority complex.we need winners

Have to agree with you Brett, it really is annoying. But that's football and in a way it has been a strange season all round.

Oh well 5th now, really disappointing, and that's an understatement.

At least the Villa result and for that matter the Chelsea and City results give me some real hope that the quest for a top 4 spot is not over.
We really have to buck our ideas up as a squad starting with City.
Harry has to get his selection right from the start, which he didn't today, but even so when the players are on the pitch they've got to show their worth.
Surely we can't play as badly as we did last 20 minutes against Everton and all of today against City?

This wolves game is such a piss take but had they not scored early they would not have won just like hull last year had they not fluked that freekick we wouldve demolished them.. The stupid assistant who flagged that up for a foul, no doubt has never seen a football game!!

Yeah maybe i should be manager you fat idiot! because then i can ban you from WHL.

I'm not even going to ask how you have come to the conclusion I'm fat, and I also don't think its up to the manager who and who doesn't get banned from WHL.

Arry's been in footy 30 years and all he has to show for it is one FA Cup and a Tax evasion charge. See the problem with you and the other spurs fans on here is that you don't look ahead you just focus on the here and now.

He's still a good manager, maybe not the one to take us as high as we all want, or expect, but you can't deny he is a good manager. Otherwise your head needs checking. Might not be a bad idea for you actually.

I do actually look ahead, I'm always looking ahead in fact. I do think Harry can take us to the top four, perhaps no further though, unfortunately. I always look at the month of fixtures we have, where we're expected to pick up points, where the teams around might drop points, etc. I'm always thinking about where we can improve. As are most on here, otherwise a forum as good as this would be utterly pointless.

So let me break it down for you smelly tramp!

Crouch ain't improved our squad

Ok, I'm a smelly tramp now too, to go with me being a fat idiot.

I never said Crouch improved our team, in fact, I don't like that we signed Crouch in the first place, I firmly believe that Keane and Defoe are our best strike partnership, although many would disagree with me.

we would of got of trouble anyway!

I'm not so sure we would have gotten out of trouble, not with Ramos in charge anyway. Maybe someone else could have done a similar job, like Harry did. In the end we actually missed out on Europe on the last day of the season, that's some turnaround, I don't think under Ramos, or anyone else, that would have happened.

Bentley and Pav have been treated like crap

You're right, you're actually right, Bentley, and especially Pav, have been treated like crap. No one has denied that.

Your an idiot!

Again, don't really know the logic behind this. I'm pretty sure someone who is halfway through a law degree isn't an idiot though. (Don't mean to sound cocky there btw)

And if you think that players Arry wants like James Muntari Vieria Reo coker and Ferdinand might improve us please don't apply for the managers job when it hopefully becomes avaliable
[/LIST]

Once again, wrong. I never said I thought they would improve us. I said, they're the signings that Harry might want, we not want them, but if he thinks they will, then I'll get behind them, because they will be playing for the club we all love. And you should too, regardless of whether you, or anyone else thinks that they're shit.

:shake: PS your a fat smelly idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you were smart, you'd know you wouldn't need to resort to petty remarks like this in your post, and instead, try to prove me wrong.

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

How old are you!!??!!

I'd like to ask the same question.

We just kicked long balls up to that lanky streak of piss Rodney Trotter who as usual has produced nothing in a spurs shirt! Gomes? Bassong? Daws? Corluka? Assou-Ekotto? Hudd? Lennon? Palacios? Kranjcar? Keane? Defoe? Crouch? Modric? Gio? or Harry?

I will take all of them over Arry with the exception of Crouch and Ekotto. Oh by the way don't forget to pick up your award!!!!!!!!!!!! for **** day you clearly deserve it!!
