There is no doubt we have been very boring under AVB, Sherwood and Poch, curiously we have seen a huge turnover of players too so it's hard to argue they haven't had players to work with
I think the biggest problem has been all three have been dogmatic rather than pragmatic so particularly AVB and Poch want to play a certain way rather than work out how to get the best out of the players they have. This means that some good players don't play because they don't fit, others get put in positions and asked to play a certain way they are not best suited and you get a disjointed team and unhappy players. Worse still is the possession football we play, Barca can get away with passing around the back and through the midfield and back and then forward again because they have players that can beat players and that can pass and move well around organised defences. We don't have that, so possession football only frustrates . Sherwood may not have been quite so dogmatic shape wise but he thought he was always right and was very fixed in his overall footballing philosophy
Whatever it's all pretty dull and unless things improve a lot it makes you wonder how they will fill the new stadium. It's OK saying you need the stadium to get the money to pay the players, but you have to fill the stadium to get the money and especially the lucrative executive boxes. Dull football and no CL aren't going to have companies falling over themselves to fill them
