Tell you what, I will still be gutted when he leaves :sorry:
So will I. I love the man and its not his fault it's come to this. Levy didnt want to make the requisite moves with the playing squad and required changes to his ways and it lead to this. Poch should take part of the blame for tactics, yes, but Levy and the players take more, IMO. Poch will win elsewhere and we'll all be left wondering what if. Sadly, nothing will change until ENIC finally fucks off. And unfortunately, it doesnt seem like that will happen anytime soon.

Just because JJ has solid info on transfers doesn’t mean he can be condescending towards people about their views on our current situation because they ‘don’t know football’
Agreed, especially when it doesn't take a 15 year pro career, numerous coaching badges or having a high profile job in a football club, to be able to read a league table.

Well that's the first ramblings we've had, will be interesting to see if this gathers pace now.

Will be sad when it happens but hand on heart I think most of us think it's the right decision.

We act now and the season is just about salvageble.

Precisely,
Sadly I doubt that’ll stop you posting about it several times on every page of every thread though.

Not sure who’s head is deeper in the sand, people like myself who would rather we stuck with Poch until after we get rid of the rot who want to leave, or those who want Poch to leave and genuinely expect long-term changes for the better.

Look at the posts above, though. Gards has heard different and he was pretty spot on earlier in the summer with the whole “Poch was unhappy” and #BackPoch episode.

I read them and I agree that other than a new manager bounce there isn’t much that can be done to salvage our season. There are too many limiting variables for anyone to initiate a complete turnaround. I’m personally not a fan of the touted free agents in Allegri and Mourinho so my personal opinion leads me to want to wait until the season ends and reassess from there, barring a true relegation fight that is.

Yeah plenty of people have that condescending tone down without all that knowledge

the question is, will they be having an early Christmas party if he goes?

The squad blame Poch for their collective failings, that’s clear as day. Right or wrong, the reality is that the majority of the information we get from inside the club comes from the players perspective. We should try and remember that at least.

The growing noises of discontent get louder as more players start covering their own arses, saving their own skins, and swimming for their lives rather than staying with the captain as his ship sinks.

Its called scapegoating. We at Spurscommunity should know it when we see it.
