I too love Poch and what he has done for the club and the people who're calling idiot, fraud etc ought to be ashamed of themselves.
Despite my love for Poch however, the results have been massively underwhelming for such a long time now that it's simply unacceptable and I think it's time for a change as I've seen nothing to suggest that we're even remotely close to turning a corner. Calling us hasty after 15 months of dreadful football with nothing tangible to show for it is just as disrespectful. The feeling of us reaching the CL final was incredible but the performances during and after the final have been so bad that that achievement feels hollow and empty.

I'm very worried about the future especially as the best available candidate for replacement is Mourinho but no matter how I try to picture it I think that Poch is in a rut that he's not capable of turning around by himself which leaves sacking as the only option as his job is getting results which he's currently not delivering and hasn't for a long time.

A few months of not winning every game in sight and you want to give up on the man who gave you that in the 1st place?

Have to agree with this. We have a fair few divs, more than ever, following us thesedays, and the insults to Poch are not acceptable imo.

Still doesn’t mean we cannot question what is going on at the club. Our performances this year have resembled early 00’s stuff. Brighton and Watford were as bad as you’ll see, and yesterday was poor again. I can’t see where our next domestic win is coming from. Lose our next two, which looks likely, and we’re in trouble.

Now 6 wins in 24 league games and no away win in the league since 20 January.

Worst league form since Ramos where we saw 5 wins in 26 league games between 1 January - 19 October 2008.

A few months is being kind. It’s at least 25 league games. That’s a lot of football. Chuck in a pitiful FA Cup exit back in January and the embarassment at Colchester too.

I think if Sterling’s goal stood in the CL, we’d have a new manager right now.

JJ has pretty muched confirmed this on Twitter this morning, How people don't understand this yet really baffles me.
ENIC are an investment company, it's business people!

100% this, I'm 49 years old and have supported this club since I was 5 years old.
This manager is by far the best we have had at this club in all of that 45 years.
The past 4 years being a Spurs fan has been superb and to see so called supporters of the club talking about Poch with such disrespect and haste has really started me questioning our supporter base and whether I want to be a part of it any more.

Just remember 1 name, Alan Curbishley.

this so called supporter has only just dried out and is £120 lighter from yesterday, not to mention the many hundreds of pounds spent over the last 9 months.
I’m not being disrespectful, I’ve sung his name until my throats gone hoarse on many occasions, but the fact is the footballs not good enough, it’s stale and when it gets to that point, for whatever reason, it’s the manager that goes, in which case the sooner the better as I cannot see anyway it improves .
Yes it may all get worse with a new manager, but it may, just may get better and with no sign of that on the horizon with the current regime, we have to move quickly

If no one turned up for the next home game then he’d be gone by lunchtime the next day.

Not winning a single away game in the league for almost 11 months and picking up less than 1 point per game for 7 months is enough for me to be very concerned.
Feeling and thinking that I've seen absolutely nothing during this time that suggests that we're about to return to our winning ways has me firm in my conviction that he has done a wonderful job for us but it's time for a change.
Nothing lasts forever.

Why is it none of our fullbacks are allowed to play two games in a week, but all the attackers, who run more, are?

This stuborness made Walker leave the club.

The fucker wont change!

The players look unfit. They look tired. They look disinterested. Kane did not put much effort in yesterday at all and still looked knackered. Son has stopped passing when he is anywhere near goal and most of the funny handshakes and team morale has disappeared. Rot has truly set in. Players should be match fit by the middle of August, we’re in November. The only way out of this rut is to change the manager. Sorry Poch, but you are not delivering and we are going backwards fast. The fact we’re below Steve Bruce’s Newcastle really underlines how poor we are. Sadly, but definitely, time for a change.

Poch prides himself on training his players to be the fittest and most endurable on the pitch. That’s kinda been his brand, right?

Well, it amazes me how often we see teams play against us who always seem to be a yard faster, more determined, and indefatigable when compared to us. We often seem tired, unfocused and nervous. It makes me sick thinking about some of our games this season. EG; being outplayed by Sheffield United, Brighton, Watford, Aston Villa (for 75 mins), etc. We are about as woeful as I can recall over the last ten years, if not longer.

Something has to change. As if we keep to this current path, then no one should delude themselves into thinking we are too good to get drawn into a relegation scrap. And lord knows, this crop of players don’t have the mettle to survive something like that. The majority of them have no fight in their belly. And also seem to lack belief in themselves, each other and the coach.

Shit is about as bleak as I can recall for many a year.
I agree. For some reason we just seem so tired and less sharp than the opposition. Saw it last year away against Arsenal and City even; where we looked nervous and lacked desire. Should not happen with Sheffield.

We’ll be below West Ham when they beat us in two weeks time. That will just confirm how shit we are.

Oh come on, we are, points wise, the worst team currently in the premier league this calendar year, that’s not a few games or a few months, we are terrible and we are not improving.
Wether you back him or not, these past 11 months have been unacceptable for any team that has been challenging for the top 4 consistently for the last 7 years or so.

This goal shows why he has to go. Look at the complete lack of aggression or desire from the players to get anywhere near theirs. They basically walked the ball into the goal. It’s one of the worst goals I’ve seen us concede (since last week).

23 passes and not one player pressed or attempted to make a tackle until Lo Celso about 19 passes in.
Either those are the instructions from the manager, in which case Pochettino has to go, or our players have downed tools, in which case Pochettino has to go.

With Alderweireld, Verronghen and Eriksen off for free at the end of the season the £150+m rebuild is happening regardless.

Or, you know, just maybe a top coach could get get those three on side and commit for another couple of years and help us win something.

Yeah ‪I don’t buy it that all our players are suddenly awful. They just look lacking in motivation and organisation. We’ve seen enough badly prepared Spurs teams in our lifetimes to know what one looks like and this is it. ‬

I missed the SU goal yesterday. It’s a disgrace, where were the forward players? Not an attempt at a challenge! HK just wandering around, not even trying.

Of course we still need investment but the way it's been suggested sounds like we are shifting mucg more than 3 players and plan to bring in a fair few too.

Its just unnecessary IMO
