Best Manager we have had since Burkinshaw yet so many want rid. I despair.
25 points from the last 24 league fixtures, plus being dumped out of the League Cup at the first ask by Colchester Utd, plus suffering the heaviest home "Goals Against" defeat in the entire history of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club: you're not the only one despairing.

He is asking for time, but doesn’t know if he will get it. Well! Nobody is going give him 12-18 months for his new signings;whoever they are) to get up to speed with his way of bringing things together.

If he survives until wet spam. OPINION! OPINION! OPINION! He will be under severe pressure to play Sess from the start, along with TN (if fit) and GLC. Can’t see Aurier starting after today. Reasons I will not share! So I call that OPINION also!

Assume the aurier piece is in part to his pathetic attempt at tracking back just before Foyth came on. Hope he never plays for us again but with Poch who the hell knows

Hold on a minute. Rodgers had one excellent season at Liverpool and still they blew the title when they really should have won it. The following season Rodgers was EXACTLY like how Poch is now, lethargic performance after performance and he looked like he was lost.
Exactly the conversation I had with a mate last night.
The parallels are clear, neither manager had a clue on how to pick a team up after coming very close to glory.
FSG acted and brought Klopp in....

Your move Danny Boy.

I wouldn't call Levy incompetent mate. He's very cunning how to shift the can to the best players that it is their fault for wanting out when he just wants to cash in on them and giving them a reason for upping sticks by paying them embarrassing salararies in the first place, and also equally cunning to shift the blame to Jol, Redknapp and soon Pochettino for losing the plot when it's his and ENIC's fault for consistently underfunding them.

So yes, sadly Levy and ENIC are still here.

JJ has pretty muched confirmed this on Twitter this morning, How people don't understand this yet really baffles me.
ENIC are an investment company, it's business people!

100% this, I'm 49 years old and have supported this club since I was 5 years old.
This manager is by far the best we have had at this club in all of that 45 years.
The past 4 years being a Spurs fan has been superb and to see so called supporters of the club talking about Poch with such disrespect and haste has really started me questioning our supporter base and whether I want to be a part of it any more.

Just remember 1 name, Alan Curbishley.

:ROFLMAO:

This is my favourite out of all of your excuses. Thanks mate, you've really given me a chuckle when I needed one following another unacceptably poor showing from Spurs: that's cheered me right up.(y)

It's a belter that one.
I mean, how fucking dare they use such underhand tactics, surely we can report them to the FA for this?

So I wonder what the likes of Kane, Son, Ndombele and Lo Celso think of the Tottenham management being happy to completely write off a whole season and a year in their career. To me it looks like Kane isn’t very happy at all and if it continues I can see it driving him to want to leave the club, and in all honesty who could blame him. Why would a player of Kane’s class and ability want to play for a club with zero ambition.

Also I’ll say it again, if people in here that are backing Poch, think we are too big or good to get drawn into a relegation battle then they need to think again. For nearly a whole year we have been one of the worst teams in the league so why should we as fans accept this? I honestly believe that with Poch in charge we will be lucky to escape relegation this year. Maybe ENIC are now just happy to just stay in the Premier League as the stadium is built and they have got bigger things to think about like NFL and naming rights etc.

Just think, a whole year of horrendous football where we have amassed 24 point from a possible 75......and from the people backing Poch I am yet to hear a good reason as to why they are backing him apart from (he did well two years ago).

This goal shows why he has to go. Look at the complete lack of aggression or desire from the players to get anywhere near theirs. They basically walked the ball into the goal. It’s one of the worst goals I’ve seen us concede (since last week).

Whoa there, maybe you haven't read the rules.

Rule 117 subsection B: Under NO circumstances are you allowed to mention any results before this season started, they didn't happen.

I too love Poch and what he has done for the club and the people who're calling idiot, fraud etc ought to be ashamed of themselves.
Despite my love for Poch however, the results have been massively underwhelming for such a long time now that it's simply unacceptable and I think it's time for a change as I've seen nothing to suggest that we're even remotely close to turning a corner. Calling us hasty after 15 months of dreadful football with nothing tangible to show for it is just as disrespectful. The feeling of us reaching the CL final was incredible but the performances during and after the final have been so bad that that achievement feels hollow and empty.

I'm very worried about the future especially as the best available candidate for replacement is Mourinho but no matter how I try to picture it I think that Poch is in a rut that he's not capable of turning around by himself which leaves sacking as the only option as his job is getting results which he's currently not delivering and hasn't for a long time.

Far too deep, all playing far to far off the ball, narrow, utter bollocks goal to concede at home.

Just like Everton last week we look too lethargic, get gifted a goal and then can't hang onto the lead for love nor money.

Glad it was so obvious the lad was all over the place tucked in so tight he was marking Sissoko, going to a back 5 didn't really help and brining Moura on so late was a poor choice. His subs baffle me at times.

Players who I believe we should be building the new squad around:

Sessegnon
Foyth
Sanchez
Ndombele
Lo Celso
Skipp
Dele
Son
Kane
Parrott

To me, that shows just how many new players we need. A goalkeeper is a priority, as is a new right back. We need a new DM so that Ndombele and Lo Celso have the freedom needed. We also need a couple of CB's as Sanchez although I've named him is questionable for me and Dier isn't good enough. Also, Jan and Toby will both leave next Summer I would imagine. I would also argue that we should look for a Eriksen replacement as we were clearly willing to do that when looking at Dybala.

So we will sign a few players as suggested in January as this transition needs to happen over the next few windows.

I've suggested that we need 6 new players which would give us a strong match day squad but it still wouldn't be a strong enough squad to challenge for serious honours. It's going to be a very tough period as we are finding out for the next couple of seasons. So now is the time to decide whether Levy backs Poch and gives him the opportunity to complete the transition or do you roll the dice and go with someone new? I love Poch and appreciate what he has done with limited resources in hard times but I really do think a change is needed, our form for the whole of 2019 is unacceptable!
