The time has definitely come for there to be a change. This has been going on for 10 months. Terrible performance after terrible performance. He clearly hasn’t got what it takes to motivate or get them playing in any sort of pattern. I’d rather make the decision and change now before our top 6 chances disappear for good.
Got to agree 100%

No one wanted to see it end like this but we can’t keep going on the same road we’ve been on in the league for 10 months

I would love to give Poch more time but when do you make the decision thatvthe lines been crossed and a change has to happen.

I think if Levy was going to sack him it would be have to be within the next day or 2. He'll want someone in over the international break. If he doesn't then it looks like Poch has a job for life.

It's funny how so many of you think this is not Pochs fault.

I can't name them for obvious reason but I would wager if you knew which players agents I was getting my info from you'd probably have a different opinion.
Yes Poch deserves some blame being the manager or coach in his case as Levy half heartedly back him. The players should be ashamed for not having more professional pride. Poch has backed all the players ie Eriksen who clearly wants out with game time Toby Jan Rose etc have been appalling (Sanchez must being thinking what the hell) . The thing surprising is how come Poch hasn't sidelined these players, you wonder how their contract are its been said for example Lloris only signed under the conditions he'll be captain and wages will match top earner.

The players have downed tools which is unacceptable in my book. Don't you agree?

Yes Poch has earned credit in the bank but that cannot be used as a constant excuse anymore. He has shown nothing this season to prove he can effect any sort of positive change. He continues to make the same mistakes over and over again. He is not making brave decisions but just the same decision repeatedly hoping something changes.

Football is a results based business and he is being given the time to make changes but as yet there is nothing there to indicate he is the man to turn it around.

Yes we are all attached to the emotion of the good times Poch has given us but that is in the past and the present is currently shit. All that leaves is the future and change is needed and fast.

So you will trust these players under another manager?

I think we'll be extra patient with him but if we somehow start to get dragged into the relegation zone at the end of the year he may well be gone. We had some great years under Harry and even greater ones under Poch. Maybe the next manager takes us that final step. I think people have this idea that he should last as long as Sirt Alex or Wenger. However it's very rare for a manager to go so long at one club. Even Pep changes club every few years and he's the best in the modern era.

We just seem to be at a point where we need fresh ideas. I think Poch had great success with his high energy and pressing. However it seems now other teams have caught up. Everyone seems to be super fit now and press all over the pitch. Teams have caught onto that approach now. How long can you really continue to play the same way? Teams were always going to find solutions to our style. The only way I see Poch turning things around is with a rehaul of the squad. 3 signings (not including Clarke who wont play this season) over a period of 2 seasons isn't enough.

We either write this season off and back Poch to turn things around with fresh faces or act now. I think with the money spent on the stadium Daniel Levy will only show so much patience though.

If it's player agents feeding the ITKs then I'm not interested tbh. They'll say anything to deflect blame from their prized clients who have let their manager down this season.

I suppose I am then left wondering if the hierarchy's allegiances are with the manager or with their stars then ?
Sad times. Very sad.

I read this and start to believe he's the man to fix it. Then I come in here and read Hercules and Trix's posts and doubt it again.

It's a mess. An absolute mess. Our fan base is split, nobody knows where to look or what to believe.

Painful rebuild?

He is paid £8.5m a year - that is enough credit in the bank.
We owe him nothing - we have been patient.

He has clearly lost the plot - tactics, subs, changing team every week.

And he is not happy - look at body language and words. Life is too short. He is not going to go hungry

Very sad. He’s done a great job but he’s lost the dressing room. The pay off will soothe the pain.

If I was him I’d be pulling each player individually into my office and asking them if they still want to play for me.

I’d also be going through their performances with them and asking what the problem is, E.g. do they feel the formation is wrong?

Which idiot would say "No"
