I suppose one of the ones with the most caps as manager.... Robson or Eriksson (sp?). No idea about the number.... 11?

Edit; just realising that an answer with two names isn't OK. I'll go with most recent given football not being nearly as racist as before. Eriksson (still sp?)
Eriksson is correct, the number is 16. Three more than any other so far.

Which club had a player in a starting line-up of a World Cup Final for nine consecutive tournaments?

I think Marty or Kingellesar have got it already. If it's not one of those I guess Real Madrid is a possibility.

The answer is definitely Bayern Munich. I think I'm missing a few players, but these certainly played:

82: Breitner and Rummenigge
86: Matthäus
90: Augenthaler and Kohler
94: Jorginho
98: Lizarazu
02: Kahn
06: Sagnol
10: Robben and van Bommel
14: Neuer, Lahm and Schweinsteiger

Bayern is correct. They had a player in every starting line up from 1982 until 2014, and had a player in the 2018 final (Tolisso) who didn't start.

With that amount of effort put in it's only fair that you get to ask the next question. (y)

If you're sure...you beat me to it by ages.

Since Marty kindly gave me the opportunity...

Who is the only player to come on as a substitute in an international match for his own father?

I think I remember reading somewhere it was our own Gudjohnson. Apologies for spelling

Well that was quick! Eidur Gudjohnson replaced his father, Arnor, in a friendly vs Estonia. 24th April 1996.

It's got to be someone who was over 30 when the Prem started then... Brian McClair?

Is that no team at all, or no league team? If it's the latter, then I reckon maybe Durham.

If it's the former, fecked if I know.

Sorry not worded very well. Not to have a football team that has been in the League. Not Durham.
