Here's a thought. How about not making shitty little comments about every other post I make.

I think rational people would recognise that success and failure is all relative to the situation of the time. Signings like Calderwood were attempts to move in the right direction at the time. Last summer we made some incredible signings, but ultimately ended with a weaker squad.

Then don't invite ridicule. Your comment about the seasons transfer policy being underwhelming if we don't sign this player or that player to add to this superb transfer window is just plain stupid.

If this never ending signing of quality players continues what will we do on transfer window deadline day ? Or even worse the devastating downer of the day after?

Chase the imaginary Damiao of course! Especially if Ade/Defoe are to go.

This is not current ITK. However we put a lot of work into trying to sin Willian last season. He knows what we are about. He is even supposed to habe been to the new training ground.

If he is available and we want him. Then Im confident that he is gonna be our player

I think AVB will be the deciding factor if its head to head between us and the scousers.

Also Levy should feel that AVB deserves that toy he most craves...

Stupid? Try reading my post and show me where I said it would be ”underwhelming”. Not sure how you can talk about inviting ridicule or throw around insults when you're incapable of reading and understanding the content of posts you want to bitch about..

In your opinion, how do you think this effects our interest in Lamela whom we are supposedly very keen on up until very recently?

I'm guessing the Lamela and Pjanic double deal of a week or so back is a no-go. We'd cover the wing and centre with absolute quality with that deal.

Willian is a good player obviously but we'd need another wide player. Chadli/Townsend/Lennon gives us rather anaemic wide options tbh.

Hi,

sorry, meant to update earlier. I'm not great on clues.

what I was told was

'Bale is gone but we're spending really big this week'

wasn't told who we're spending on. Presume its either Willian or Lamela

And then he put this up as well

I'm hoping that the info is not a fact that Bale sale has already been sold like some ITK has said - but that we are presuming that RM will cough up what we want for Bale.

The hope is that if this is the case, its always possible that RM won't actually cough up and so Bale will stay.

I think surely it must be Willian in if we keep Bale however if Madrid stump up the money then we go and acquire big Erik from Roma because as it stands whether we keep Bale or not, it's quite obvious that we need a Willian type of player and then it would be Lamela who would replace Bale.

We assuming if Willian does sign it's primarily to fill that role in the hole behind Soldado whilst offering cover on the flanks right?
