Spurs fans always assume it's us that's the problem, or they believe everything that comes out of the media. I image we have a ton of players being thrust in our direction all the time, that we never hear about. It's the agents job to do that.

I find it hilarious when our fans get upset at us for being OFFERED mediocre players.

It’s basically getting angry that the club has phone and internet connection.

Controversial but if a 6 month loan I would literally take anyone, including Balotelli and Benteke! If they are shit nothing lost but they might have their Llorente against Ajax/City moment and we are going to need someone to lump it up to at some point the rest of this season if things aren't going our way.

I would find any situation preferable to making do with what we have. We need a plan B and we need to avoid running Son and Moura into the ground.

Edit: then in the summer we can properly concentrate on finding a back up

Edit 2: clearly not as confidential as I thought.

Disagree. If we get someone bad and play them we are taking minutes away from better options

I think it is more than anger that the internet and phone connection is working today but it will have mysteriously disconnected at 22:58 tomorrow night and that is what prevented us signing Dybala/Bale/Thomas Muller (delete as appropriate) when the rumour comes out at 5pm tomorrow that we are pulling out all the stops, Levy has found the wheelbarrow full of cash that he had when he was trying to sign Aguero that and we are confident of it actually happening this time ??
