Got a full round of golf in and next to no ITK when I came off of course ! Was expecting a ponderous tome's worth and me on the catch up till midnight.

CB situation interesting - think Vlad has the most potential, Sakho can cover LB, Toby can cover RB. Would prefer a CB/FB hybrid to increase options and increase likelihood of keeping people happy. Obviously depends on what happens with Coentrao though.

I'd prefer 2 separate announcements. The first for Willian saying we broke our transfer record....again...and the 2nd for Lamela saying we broke the transfer record...again!

Plus that's 2 different days of SC orgasm rather than 1!

It's still gonna hurt though. Each day we edge closer to the window closing with no announcement, I cling onto the slim hope that maybe, just maybe, it won't be this summer. And as much as I try to not get my hopes up, I think of our new look squad and what we'll be like if Bale does stay...

Ok, so on a tangent, I would like to thank you all for a lovely TW. I´ve been on nights the last two weeks, and the ward has been dead (dead as in nothing happening, not as in all my patients dying). The first few days one can always keep busy by cathing up on some paperwork or refilling the crash cart, but after that it becomes increasingly difficult to stay awake. Or it would have been, if not for the SC (the problem now is rather to go to bed).

And in this, thank you mods, for keeping my reading concentrated. Holiday until sept. 2nd now, and I plan on ditching you all, in part to save the remnants of my mental health (this TW is driving me into mania, unlike the usual TW-depression)... Yeah, that´ll happen.

But again, thanks for these incredible boards. May we continue with our mission to
