Costa is a fantastic keeper, we were linked last Summer I believe and I would have loved it. I think he's class but for the reasons already stated by others in this thread, Raya just makes so much sense. He's got fantastic stats, is achievable and most importantly is Prem proven. From what I heard late last night, the fee shouldn't be a problem and we are actually a lot closer than media reports suggest to agreeing a fee.

The Sancho stuff just smells of him being told he won't be a regular starter for Utd next season and he'd be better off finding a new club, his agent is now putting out links. I guess I could see a (bad) case for signing him if Kane leaves, but otherwise there seems to be little to nothing in this one.

Maddison on the other hand makes a lot more sense, especially with his agent being CAA Base.

I could see Levy finding the extra money for Scott in the name of development/future assets or what not. Especially if we are ruthless and shift a few who aren't in the plans. Very exciting ITK coming through on players of Raya/Maddison/Scott quality which all feel like excellent steps.
