Real seem to be happy for him to go out and get game time. it is Isco that wants to stay to try and get into the squad again (can't see him getting much game time myself)

That's not how things have developed, he's not overly keen to leave but they are also concerned about squad thinning ahead of their embargo. No surprise considering all of this it looks off.

Well, as unfortunately suspected it looks likely that it will be a disappointing end to a transfer window we should have really kicked on in.

Fucking disappointing that we aren't improving our first team or replacing/upgrading some of the skillset of squad players that have left.

I hope, although i'm not hopeful, that others havent invested and improved too far beyond where we are now with their work this summer.

Back to supporting the lads that made us proud for long periods of last season..

Didn't BEN say yesterday that Isco definitely wasn't happening which then conflicted with later ITK from the likes of Ali Z, Trix and HertYid who said discussions were still ongoing?

I'd be taking every single bit of information, be it ITK or media with a pinch of salt today. As we found out last year with the Alderweireld transfer things can change quickly on any day in the transfer window, let alone deadline day.

That's the players that got us to 3rd last season with the addition of Wanyama and N'Koudou and less Mason, Chadli and Bentaleb.

Not good that we haven't strengthened admittedly, but certainly not any worse off than we were.
