Well if he is coming after the Benfica game, the two clubs will presumably try to keep it hush hush.
If Porto's fans know he's leaving in a week's time, it probably wouldn't go down too well. And if we announced he was coming, then allowed him to play in the Benfica game and he broke his leg, we'd look pretty bloody foolish. So if it is done but we can't have him until next weekend, there'll be no announcement for at least a week.

At least AVB and DL are singing from the same hymn sheet on this one, which might be why they don't seem to be giving up on buying him. DL's been after Leandro longer than AVB (I think/assume).

IF, big if. He does come for the touted fee of 22 million. I really don't see anymore coming in; even if we have outgoings. Even though that would essentially put us in well into the black as opposed to just balancing the books (taking into account we allegedly had 22 million set aside in Summer for Moutinho) ; I doubt Levy would have the desire to splash more out.
