The thought of Benzema is unreal, just cant see it whatsoever.

Anyway, for what it's worth, if by some miracle we managed to sign him, i think even the sceptics would piss shit from their earholes at the thought of him joining us. Whilst he's been disappointing for Madrid to say the least, he would be our biggest signing ever. The only problem i can see though, is that aside from not being in the CL and not consistently fighting to win the league each year, the £250k a week he's on might be a problem.

They are a similar type of player...no doubt about it, but Suarez is the more superior of the two.

Thanks A&C - should of guessed this would be the case and btw I've been meaning to donate for a while now but don't have a paypal account but nonetheless will get round to do so soon!

I digress, I'm now ambivalent if we sign anyone now and gearing myself to starting the season with more or less the same starting 11 as before, although I still think we will have movement before the 1st Sep though.

Any idesa who the "massive" player is (hope not Samba) and don't really see Rossi as Massive either, Kaka would be great but would surely mean the end for VDV, and cannot see Benzie coming.

Rumour is we offered Bentley, Keane and The Sarge as part of a deal for Vucinic.
