Who’s buying them? How? At least we're actively getting players in rather than sitting on our hands waiting for the outs to happen, which has been the story of previous windows.
No offence, but what the actual fuck are you talking about?Who’s buying them?
Who wants them, the manager, chairman, head of football etc etc?
Who’s selling them?
Where is our DoF?
Where is our Head of Football?
What is our plan/strategy for the next 4 years?
Do we have a plan?
How long will this new manager get?
Is the game about Glory?
No you’re right, nothing to see here. Seems like the football club is being run extremely well, 3 days before the start of a new campaign

Selling Kane will generate a huge taxable profit against which any losses made on selling players/cancelling contracts can be set.
Basically 25% of any loss will be borne by the taxpayers not the club.
This will dull the pain a little.
Whose pain? Not the fans!Selling Kane will generate a huge taxable profit against which any losses made on selling players/cancelling contracts can be set.

You could say most of this about a lot of clubs. At the end of the day we have heard some part of the fanbase be down on the ownership of the club for 20+ years now, through highs, lows and all that is in between. What I think would be more interesting is to hear what SHOULD be happening, that way we can discuss how easy/difficult and indeed realistic it all is.Who’s buying them?

But can't they carry forward the losses to offset against future gains over the next four tax years anyway ?Selling Kane will generate a huge taxable profit against which any losses made on selling players/cancelling contracts can be set.

Has Levy played a blinder? Keep stretching it out to try to get a result on Kane but in the process hold up our other decisions on ins and outs, then say that we couldn't do all the deals to reshape the squad that late in the window. Let's see.
That's today's itk, we are a mess and don't know who we are bringing in because of uncertainty about Kane... So why off topic or not factual?Hold up on transfers in or not getting them done? ..,.... You might want to look again at that!

You do you mate, if you think it's a mess is very different to we are a mess then good luck to you. They said it's in a mess, not we are a mess.
Kane situation is if Bayern pay up, we accept, if not we don't. We went stringing them along, we just want the amount we have probably told them from the start.
Can't see in the ITK sayin we don't know who we want, it says we are wanting 3 and talking to clubs but the clubs want answers also so they can prepare.
I don't think the kane deal will impact outs, especially for defence, which is where we probably need to shift the most.
As far as Lo Celso is concerned in particular, giving him a chance rather than pack him off at under-value (which seemed almost a done deal) has worked in our favour. So maybe for that benefit we just have to suck up that we wasted some time.Outs, always a problem for us anyway, were going to be more complicated as Ange wanted some time to evaluate the squad and give everyone a chance. Perhaps we will be pleasantly surprised by lots of movement now he has done so. I won’t hold my breath but also won’t worry until nearer the end of the window
Bayern have played this foolishly. In their arrogance they have failed to realise that this was never going to be a dream move for Harry, it was just an acceptable one for him. But only acceptable within a short window of time. By trying to pointlessly out Levy Levy they have now wasted that time and may now fail to get what was readily available to them
meanwhile Ange has played a blinder with this. He has treated Kane exactly as he would have if this wasn’t going on, he has built rapport, he has played him and shown him how fun this attacking approach would be with him leading the line and he has dealt with the media brilliantly
Kane of course might still go, but Ange has clearly impressed him and that can only be a good sign whatever happens.
Great information. ThanksThis has all come from an agent who knows Charlie, plus has ties to the club. Apply salt and make of it what you will....
Things are a bit of a mess right now as far as the build up of the squad are concerned. It's all getting extremely complicated. If we sell Kane the plan is to bring 3 players in and the clubs we are talking to want definitive answers so they can prepare themselves for the new season. Trouble is we have more players on the books now than we did before the window opened, and we knew we were massively bloated then. The logistics are a complete nightmare. Ange is speaking daily to Harry and there are murmurs that are starting to bubble up that he might decide to stay regardless of whether any deal is struck. His wife has been having second thoughts about moving and Harry is not happy with how Munich haven't tied this up already considering how enthusiastically they've pursued him. With a new baby very close they wanted things settled and now the thinking is if it happens Harry goes over and the rest of the family stay until after the birth which is far from ideal.
Munich have been in contact throughout regardless of what we've heard regarding deadlines, and we have been happy to entertain these talks in the hope that a solution is reached for everyone.

My opinion is this is super complicated on numerous fronts and as such I'm not sure how this happens if Kane has indeed set a deadline himself of Saturday evening, there are just too many moving parts.
