I'm predicting tonight

If it's done and the player has been in Amsterdam saying his goodbyes I think he'll be on his way over tonight so he can complete the move and meet his new team mates. He'll be paraded at half time on Sunday.

I'm sure Poch wants 4 players and probably has all summer. It's a lot of work in just 2 weeks although I guess it depends how far along deals may already be. The Sanchez deal moved quickly after it was first reported but probably in the works for a while. I think it's just a matter of priorities as far as who else we bring in. I would say attacking midfield then right back then wide forward and finally 3rd keeper.

Due to the way we notoriously work in the transfer though, if you were a betting man you'd bet that even if it was 3-4 signings, they would be made at the back end of the window, even if the timeframe we had wasn't the greatest.

I think Poch and people at the club are quite confident of getting a few players in now though. Over the last few days or week or so Poch has been more open about a necessity to bring in more players, which I'm sure he felt even when he was just mostly saying he's happy with what we have. He has a good relationship with Levy so I don't think he'd openly almost put pressure on Levy through the media in saying that we need players if he wasn't confident in doing so.

How about we play "find some other ITK" and post it correctly. Followed by a good old fashioned session of "not posting for the sake of it".

- Aurier - not keen myself but he seems a good player

4 being ideal but not easy, would tie in with the rest of the ITK.
RB - Aurier - based on JJ liking the media tweets.
CB - Sanchez - based on all ITK's, but notable Ghostofarmo's latest comment.
AM - Barkley - based on all ITK's
WF - wanted, but not clear yet, as per Hercules and AliZ

I think right about now, most are dismissing the GK as one of our imcoming list. So 3 doable, 4th being the WF making sense from Poch's 'not easy' comment.

Nailing that list would definitely make up for the slow start. As for the timeframe, you'd hope the the perceived inactivity is because a lot has been done already in the background, and it's not like we're starting from scratch with only two weeks to go.

Are there any good reasons that many are disregarding an incoming goalkeeper as one of the four, or is it just because you'd rather he wasn't one of the four because that means more players?

It's the latter isn't it? Because let's be honest, he still counts...
