Really don't know how to feel about this, but I guess it's self inflicted by Harry.

Pathetic decision, he's been a brilliant manager for us. I would happily put any money on us not having a better season next year with a different manager. In fact I'm sure it will be a lot worse. Then I'm sure we'll all be happy.

Sounds like a shit storm is about to unfold folks.

Sincerely wish Harold all the best though but I think this is more or less the only course of action the board can take considering their irreconcilable differences with Harry.

Glory with integrity. Like we had with Nicholson and Burkinshaw.
So explain to me how we lost that in the last four years

Nicholson and Burkinshaw are both way before my time so I can really comment as to that, but what I do know is Harry's tenure has been a damn sight better than anything else since I've been watching and that dates back to the Venables days.

You also suggest your Tottenham (glory with integrity) was lost four years ago, please explain to me where this glorious integrity was in the years prior to Harry taking over then

Also if I remember correctly you stated in a previous thread that Venables was manager when you first started supporting Spurs which would mean you are of similar age to me and like me had never seen a Spurs side managed by either nicholson or Burkinshaw, so like me YOUR TOTTENHAM actually will have been the dark ages with no glory, no success and by in large poor football under the likes of Francis, Gross,Graham, Hoddle, Pleat, Ramos etc so what are you really talking about?

Let's face it you clearly have a personal agenda against Harry for whatever reason that transcends football and even your love of our club, so much so that because he has been in charge you have been unable to appreciate what have been easily the best period in the clubs history since you have been supporting (if my memory was correct about when you started supporting)

Frankly you are just a hater Dan, you have an irrational dislike for Harry and you have allowed it to ruin your enjoyment and support of the club while he has been the manager.

Looks like it's the end of an era then

2 points from 8 games was an amazing start, but losing a 12 point lead to the scum was a bridge too far.

Laterz Arry

Quite a short era, as eras go. More a blink of an eye...

As I've said previously though, an effective lame duck manager is no good to us either - not for the club or for Harry!

I just hope that we've already got an iron well into the fire with regards to a replacement. We've already let this now seemingly imminent decision on Harry drag out for way too long and the last thing we need now is another month of uncertainty :(

Server's getting hammered so just added some more CPU/RAM which should improve things a lot. Cost a fair bit though so donations as always are very appreciated :)

The overheated reaction bears some resemblance to St. Vitus' Dance and the Tarantella. It is hysteria based on a whisper based on a wish. Very very medieval. Which shows that nothing really changes in history, other than the odd detail. People have been overdosing on ergot-infected rye bread.

Wow really glut of itk, should be an interesting few days see what unfolds .

When BEN gets involved you know shut is getting real.

I've been very vocal why I think Harry is not the man to take us forward long term, I hope we can find someone who is and who has his eyes on THFC and not elsewhere

I personally think that the good football we play is more down to individual players than any great trainging methods.

in order of effect on style of play (Modric/VDV/BAE/Bale)

I also think a Modric-less Redknapp Spurs would be pretty dull to watch.

Good work Rob - and I'll donate a pound for each manager we sign by the end of the transfer window.
