Sounds like we have the money for a good size fee on CB and AM. Maddison would be great, another top player from outside the top 6.

They must be mouthwatering alternatives because viewing Maddison in objective terms, his numbers for last season are simply immense.

Not to mention he's English and fits a profile we sorely lack at the moment.

But for me the proven PL element is the most appealing.

You just know he'd smash it here with Kane and Co.

maddison is a great player if the alts are better then we must be looking at some serious talent.

Didn’t someone say that Maddison was an option if Spence didn’t come through to our HG requirements.

Given the business we have done: Bissouma, Richarlison, Spence, in particular, and the nucleus of young players we already have - we should not need another massive transfer window like this for a few years.

If this season is a successful one (if, when) you'd think future summers would resemble peak-Fergie Man U when they bought a single great player every summer from a rival or top Euro team! ?
