I'm not into scapegoats either, just seems to me Sanchez was closest man, and by moving closer to Toby whilst unaware of Jolinton's position he just opened up that space.

but Rose was the only person that could see everything that was happening, and his reactions where slow. the annoying thing is I think if Sanchez takes a step or 2 forward before the pass Joelinton would of been offside and even a call from Rose could've made that happen

"You know how we work in the summer to rebuild & update because from 1.0 we are now (version) 6.0. I'm not going to walk away after the NLD."

Just said that in his presser.

It’s embarrassing that he is even asked. But good though in the same breath. I don’t mind him under a bit of pressure. Last thing we want is a manager who is too comfortable in his job.

I think the discussion on here has been sensible in the main on this. But on twitter it’s all mindless free for all of stupid opinions. I know, I know.

But it’s just another point where I think there is a section of fans (not specifically spurs ones) who prefer what goes on outside the pitch to the actual 90 minutes on it. I’ve said it before. Although usually it’s about transfers, now it’s about wanting to lurch from one disaster to another. There has to be a drama. It’s quite sad really.

Well, after that presser, is there any need for this thread????????? All pessimist close your eyes!

I still think we have a long way to go and the performances have been poor over the last few months so I think discussion is worthwhile, im just glad its Poch who is the man to turn it around.

Why would you spend your time on a forum if you can’t tolerate people having a different opinion to your own?

It isn't opinion though is it- it is a baseless assertion. As President Truman said "you are entitled to your own opinion but not your own facts".

So a positive press conference from Poch and we need to close the thread? ?

Like him smiling and being positive today completely eradicates our shit performances from January? I mean come on guys.

The issues on the pitch are still there until we see otherwise and this thread will remain valid until we see a continued upturn in form and performances.

We all want it to turn good but some of you are easily pleased if all it takes is a positive Poch presser for that to happen.

Having just watched it again, no one particularly covers themselves in glory.
Toby has no need to move to the right, Sissoko turns his back on the cross rather than trying to get in the way of it. Sanchez following Toby's lead makes a couple of steps to the right just as Jolinton steps away (if he had stayed where he was he had an easy header) and Rose is away with the fairies ball watching and reacts too late. It was a perfectly timed shit storm...

Poch slams those quitting rumours: "What can I say about stupid rumours? After 5 years now I start my 6th season. You know how we worked this summer to rebuild and update because from each summer, version 2.0, 3.0 now we're version 6.0 MP software.

Cool maybe people can stop stirring shit now.

Lol 6.0 MP software love it! ???

Well it seems a bit odd that if the club are trying to get rid of Rose, why is he currently first choice left back ahead of Davies despite his appalling form.

Hasn’t Davies been injured?

He will be last to know on the news the club doesn’t want coming out...

It's pretty clear the dinner went well and that it could have gone very differently. I don't think the rumours came out of thin air even if they were exaggerated.

I really don’t think that’s what’s going on. People just want a positive end to the bad form. Is this the start, hopefully, who knows, it could well be.

It’s no bad thing Poch being under pressure. He does get quite an easy ride from the press and fans on the whole.

We're third from bottom based on the last 15 games.
