Best Manager - tough one but I'll go for Ramos as he won us a trophy and thus 'saved our decade' but fully understand why people vote jol - it's just in the big games he was unlucky and in the case of the quarter final v liverpool called it horribly and fatally wrong

Worst Manager Hoddle
- my favourite ever player but he threw away a golden opportunity when he had such support behind him and the team he picked v blackburn cost us that final and it was only 2008 that saw us keep our trophy a decade record going

Best Player Dimitar Berbatov

Worst Player don't want to go down that route

Biggest Wooley ditto

Best Signing Aaron Lennon

Worst Signing was going to say Rebrov then i remembered those two goals v west ham - so i'll pass

Greatest Game Tottenham 5 - 1 Arsenal

Worst Game West Ham 2 - 1 Tottenham, last game of 05/06 season

Best Goal Robbie Keane v Blackburn - (tho in reality for me it was Woody's cheeky winner at wembley that was the key goal of the decade - but i understand that's not what the question is about)

Best Shirt not interested in all the modern variations - my favourite kit is the all white european strip and that's it - other than that the classic tottenham strip

Worst Shirt

I'm actually shocked that anyone would vote Ramos as best manager of the last 10 years.

why? he lead us to our only trophy and the 5-1 against Arsenal and the 2-1 Cup final over chelsea were both under him.

He was also responsible for our worst start ever and set the club back 2 years. But i guess these little things bug me a little.

We finished 5th 2 seasons running under Jol, 11th under Ramos, and then the worst start in the clubs history which lead to a great revival under Redknapp to finish 7th. So rather than push on from the 2 5th place finishes we lost 2 seasons under Ramos. I wouldn't call that a mere dissapointment. 1 Carling Cup doesn't make up for that. Not to mention it was Martin Jols team that won the Cup. Martin Jol and Harry Redknapp were superior to Juande Ramos.

Whatever in 20 years time when you're arguing with a villa fans about whos the better club you'll use Ramos' Carling cup win as ammmo not Rednapps 7th or Jols 2x 5ths. At the end of the Day it's about Glory. Like it or not Ramos gave us it that no-one esle has in this period of THFC history. for that reason alone he's out of the running for the worst.

Santini all the way in that category.

Aside from George Graham you mean. But no i wont use the Carling Cup win as ammo for anything. I have no reason to argue with Villa fans over who is the better club. The Carling Cup win was great, but any true Spurs fan will know about the era under Martin Jol and the passion he had for this club. So it doesn't matter what other fans think. We dont need a trophey for memories. Martin Jol and now Harry Redknapp have been far and away more successful at taking the club forward than George Graham and Juande Ramos. The League is the bread and butter for every football club. A Cup win doesn't move a club forward. Just look at the FA Cup winners of last year for example.

So, just so we can be clear - Wendy get's all the glory for 4 months work, which involved him mainly removing ketchup from the canteen, and Martin, who spent several years working on a team whilst having the rug pulled out from under him on several occasions, get's no respect at all.

It wasn't Wendy's team, it was a team that, of it's own accord, had pulled together in the wake of the man who did give them their pride back being fired from the proverbial cannon.

Wendy demotivated, de-ketchupped and de-goaled our side, so simply because he was standing in the right place at the right time to hold that cup it doesn't mean he did much towards winning it really. The 5 - 1 return leg against the Woolwich was on his watch, yeah, but i still don't see how any praise can be heaped on him for winning a cup that, technically, all he did was hold the steering wheel for the last few hundred yards of a long race, whilst the vehicle did all the work.

i know that ramos as the best manager of the decade is very much a minority viewpoint but as triks indicates it's trophies that count not 5th places - tho they are nice etc

ramos won the cup with the majority of 'jol's team' - tho he got in two absolutely key players in hutton and the winning goalscorer woodgate

also i remain absolutely convinced that under jol we wouldn't have won that trophy - he had terrible luck in the big games but also made some major mistakes too - the quarter final v pool is the one that particularly bugs me - i'm still fuming about the mismanagement of that game

i am definitely nt in the jol fan club - i liked him, thought he was a good manager, but under him we always blew it - a lot of it was bad luck but blew it we did

and don't forget ramos rescued rescued us from a right mess as in turn did redknapp after ramos

had redknapp won at wembley last season it would have been an easy decision to make redknapp manager of the decade -but he didn't and that's what football is like - fine lines

the last outstanding spurs manager was burkinshaw

i was hoping ramos would eclipse him, he didn't - here's hoping harry can - but it's very hard on our financial model and with many of our current 'fans'

I'm not sure on Woodgate but i doubt Ramos had even heard of Hutton before we signed him  Probably more to do with Comolli that one, so i'm sure we'd have signed him or possibly both of them under Jol anyway.

Shame Ramos sold half that cup winning squad. Robbo had a blinder in the final but Ramos did nothing for his confidence and sold him. Malbranque was one of our key players and he sold him too. He didn't do much to hold onto Keane either.

I'm guessing the 04/05 League Cup QF, where it was my impression that it was a moment of madness by Kanoute with a handball late on. We then lost on pens.

OK here's mine, but before that, and not just for the obvious reason, but also because i think it's well unfair that a lot of people are choosing him as the worst player, i'm putting forward a case for Gilberto not being the worst Spurs player of the decade.

Reason - as a defender he's scored as many goals as both strikers Helder Postiga and Gregorz Rasiak combined.

Ok so his first game was very bad, but the others weren't anywhere near as horrific - and he scored a goal FFS!

Whereas both Rasiak and Postiga were total wank.

Best Manager - Martin Jol
Worst Manager - David Pleat
Best Player - Ledley King
Worst Player - Helder Postiga withGrzegorz Rasiak a close second.
Biggest Wooley - Sol Campbell
Best Signing - Aaron Lennon
Worst Signing - David Bentley, big shame but he's been largely useless for us despite a big hype.
Greatest Game - 5-1 vs Ar5ena1
Worst Game - Hard category but the last game of the season against Wham where we would have had 4th spot and CL if it wasn't for some dodgy lasagne.
Best Goal - Paul Robinson's from inside his own half.
Best Shirt - 00/01 home shirt
Worst Shirt - This year's home shirt
