Any thoughts of an appeal went out the window after the Danny Rose episode. A decision to appeal would have looked very Stupid in that context.

Don't be fooled by His statement, he has paid a lawyer shit loads to word that...and he had two weeks to get it right.
Agreed....can u imagine how many crayons that odious little shit wouldve needed to produce such a statement?

And regarding the appeal, on Saturday, every player in the football league will be wearing a "kick out racism" t shirt
it would've made the FA and Terry look so ridiculous if he was on live tv wearing one.
Oh well...looks like Cashleys gonna get it x2 on Saturday .....and I for one can't bloody wait!

I wonder if the Fa is going to continue their investigation in to Chelsea or has it been swept under the carpet because they showed that Cole had been told to lie and change his statement, The independent panel wanted the email's, what happened to that?

If that is true it confirms what I got told about prior allegations and also shows that Chelsea have committed a crime!

Ferguson, Mancini and Wenger have said their players will wear the t-shirts.

Personally I'm against any boycott. Jason Roberts is saying Kick It Out has got complacent in the last decade, if so, why haven't players like Jason Roberts who are on the management committee of the PFA done something about it, after all the PFA runs Kick It Out with the FA and Premier League. Chris Powell served as the PFA chairman for 5 years and he disagrees with Roberts.

I agree with David James that racism in English football is exaggerated. Yes racism does go on but the way Roberts is going on you would think it was like Russia where monkey chants and banners with bananas on them are deemed okay. There is still a lot of work to be done but we are way ahead of a number of European leagues.

To be fair the FA has been inconsistent, they gave Suarez a 8 match ban and it was understood as this was a grey area as in his culture it was debatable whether or not it was racist.
It was also thought that if someone was found guilty of racism after this incident and the incident didn't have culture grey area for racism, it would have a harder sentence.

John Terry was found guilty of racism by the FA and was not found guilty by the court, the FA found that Cole had purposely changed his statement to help terry look innocent from what they said was the advice from someone higher up at Chelsea. What has happened to both players since one got a 4 match ban because the FA believe he is not a racist despite his black teammates at chelsea refuse to sign a declaration to say that he isnt a racist when asked.(except his two England Teammates) He also has had prior allegations of being racist and made himself the victim throughout the whole saga.

If I could give John Terry's statement a dumb rating, I would do.

want to take this opportunity to apologise to everyone for the language I used in the game against Queens Park Rangers last October.
Although I’m disappointed with the FA judgment, I accept that the language I used, regardless of the context, is not acceptable on the football field or indeed in any walk of life.
As I stated in the criminal case, with the benefit of hindsight my language was clearly not an appropriate reaction to the situation for someone in my position.
My response was below the level expected by Chelsea Football Club, and by me, and it will not happen again.
Wrong fool, the context is all important.

Calling someone a black **** is racist, asking someone if they are accusing you of calling them a black ****, NOT racist.

He's damned because he's a horrible racist **** I hope he is never able to put this behind him.
Is Stuart Pearce also a horrible racist **** then seeing as he also made a racial comment in a match? we had a guy playing for us who was involved in a racist attack on an Asian student and actually convicted of affray. I haven't seen anyone calling Woodgate a racist, how come?

Hmm sure i replied to this. Stupid iphone!

Stuart Pearce should be deeply ashamed of what he said that day and I believe he probably is. He did however apologise the next day to the player involved, something Terry has yet to do. Also it was in a different age, which is not to make an excuse for what he said. Lastly I'm pretty sure Peace's brother is a high flyer in the BNP which could mean he was raised in a racist household. Again not an excuse for what he said but perhaps the reason he said it.

Woodgate was convicted of affray, not a racist offence. The attack was portrayed in the papers as a racist one but I'm not sure anyone was convicted of a racist offence. Is he a bit of a ****? Yes he probably is. He however didn't call a fellow player a "fucking black ****" in the middle of a game did he. Terry is scum, he fucked one of his mates mrs and then calls a player who is supposed to be his mate what he did. He is yet to apologise to Ferdinand for saying it. I can't see how you can think about defending him TBH.

Your post was good until you replaced "ate" with 8. Makes you look silly.
