I think a midfield 3 is needed against Swansea to add some steel to the side as swansea will have a lot of possession

Do you think we'd have shown similar character if Benteke and Ramirez hadn't been sent off?
Maybe not, if Soldado and Ade had taken there gilt edge chances in the Villa game?
It's how football works, what if Ade takes his chances in the Arse game.
Kane doesn't score an own goal in the Sunderland game?
How about Kane scores against Stoke at 0 0 or cuts the ball back for Lamela against Chelsea at 0 0.
Soldado scores the penalty against City or Mason scores at 0 0.
There are hundreds of incidents in games that effect the outcome.
As they say they even themselves out over the course of the season.

Yes, of course (and Benteke might easily have scored a couple in the first half for Villla, whilst if the Goons had taken their chances they'd have buried us). However, whilst our away results have been OK, our performances have been indifferent, to say the least, and the luck's tended to run our way. As you point out, these things even themselves out over the course of a season—so what happens when the luck turns?

I disagree, plenty of the bad luck has gone against us, Naught on getting sent off against spam, Lampards penalty.
If we had taken our chances some the games would have most definitely gone in our favour.
I agree about our form, it's been sublime in some games to totally woeful in others.
But I was expecting this and hope to find some consistency over the latter part of the season.
Only time will tell though.
