There is absolute no doubt that this August thing plays on Kanes mind.

What must play on Kane’s mind is the fact that Sisokko and Ndombele aren’t picking the ball up centrally and releasing him and Moura but instead find themselves receiving it wide so he isn’t getting any service

Lamela, Kane, Moura all on each others toes. Real lack of pace and width. Winks and Sissoko very safe on the ball. Sanchez still struggling to deal with long balls. Really not convinced by him.

Winks hasn't been safe. On at least 3 occasions he's stepped up to play risky balls due to fuck all happening in front of him.

So when is Poch going to implement this new formation/style I was hearing so much about in pre season? I appreciate it’s hard playing against a team that put 11 behind the ball but we’ve had years of it now and still no idea how to overcome it.

Unless it's fitness I have no idea why Eriksen is on the bench.

If he's committed then he starts if he isn't then leave him out and put somebody else on the bench. He's either committed or he isn't.

Toby, despite his good range of passing, is really really cumbersome on the ball. Takes too long to decide.

We need to be more clinical in our passing in the final 3rd.

The formation you have just posted means that everyone bar Rose and KWP will find themselves centrally....

Eriksen will come on for Winks at HT I suspect as Winks injured himself
Lets hope for something from Eriksen as we dont look like scoring if something doesn't change
