Not really understanding the hate for Gedson. Can't remember much he did wrong. Tough ask to come on in a game where our backs were firmly against the wall, in a position which clearly isn't his best.

He'll never be in our starting 11, but decent squad player.

The way we sit back without possession is almost unwatchable. That was a crap game of huff and puff and zero quality.

Kane should have been subbed off early in the 2nd half. Dier was brain dead for their pen.

Bergwijn is about the only positive point since Mourinho came in.

Lockdown might turn out to be the best part of this shitty Spurs season.

Underwhelming, have to accept under Jose it will be wearisome to watch us, nothing seems to have changed really, we sit back, we sit back , we sit back and we sit back and hope for a hit and run. ...

Christ that pen looks softer every time you see it. There’s no “challenge” at all

I’ve seen that in football all my life. Defender gets done, tries to make up for it and clumsily leans in to the attacker who is goal side. It’s a pen. He doesn’t have to wrestle him to the ground or hack at him for it to be a pen. Just accept you got done and let him go.

good to have a moan about the football eh!
Kane and Son not match fit but Son gave us something....Harry nothing unfortunately.
They had better players off the bench as well.
Q - does Jose sell Ndombele? If he is going to bring on GF instead of him, probably makes sense.
Make the decision now - maybe Barca or PSG interested in a player(s) + cash deal for him

hmm its a difficult one. I think Jose made the right change a little bit too late, and we actually weathered the barrage after that change. what we needed was more decisive attacking play, trying to look for outballs rather than simply clearing it, try to play a bit for possession rather simply to counter and not concede a soft penalty. Ithink it was soft but Dier needs to be a bit more clever there, even though ignoring the penalty he actually had a very good game.

There was a point in the 2nd half were we had 3 on 2 on the half way line but Kane’s legs had gone. Had it been Son and Bergwijn through the middle they would have been away.

Once Bergwijn went off we lost both our balance and were reliant on using an ever tiring Son as our only outlet. We either needed to pack the central midfield and our Son through the middle or push Lamela up top and bring on another central midfielder or keep the balance by throwing Sessegnon on to keep pace on both wings.

Don't think a point is disastrous BUT

Compare that to our 3-0 win over them in the final game at the Lane when we were rampant.

The 3-0 we won 2-1?

Lost for words though that some are fine with the performance.

2 out of 5 subs in a game nothing worked in 2nd half. Throw in Sess for Son, Tanguy for Kane and Skipp for Winks. Fresh legs, but tbh... the way we set up nothing would have really happened.

John Moss is a proper end of a bell, he was gunning for united, and was gunning to give that second Pen no matter what, thank god for VAR else that would have been robbery pure and simple. first was dubious to, but Pogba took advantage of Diers stupidity

Injuries may have taken there toll and tonight his football in 6 months.
But he does look a million miles from his best.
I think Jose could have pulled him after 70 easily.
even if he wasn’t been given the ball we needed some running both defending and into space when we got the ball back
I mean yes. I don't completely disagree. But, again what do you want him to do. His main thing now is to try and stay a little deep and get into the box late. The other attacking players need to support this by cutting inside. I have issues with this, but I don't think its really all down to him, but how we played the game. Particularly as it is hard to win a header against someone like maguire. We are not helped by the fact that most our attacking players are unable to play the ball quickly and actually catch the movement of Kane. But most of our chances did come from Kane drawing players inside. Don't get me wrong. Hane didn't have a particularly good game, as you would expect after 6 months out, but him being 'anonymous' is not entirely his fault.

Defending he did his job. We are not a Poch team anymore, Jose doesn't press much, we will not see 'defending from the front' that much anymore. Rather, players stay in their own half and try to stay compact.
