Just shows how broken this squad currently is to be honest. I like Lamelas guts and that he does seem to play for the shirt. However what we lack is someone who can put their foot on the ball and actually get us passing, that isn’t Lamela. Lamela is a chaser and a harrier and can play the occasional incisive pass, he’s too rash to sit in a CM spot and dictate though.
Lo Celso however I do think has the capability to be both creative and put a foot in and show a bit of grit.
