Brilliant going forward. Not so good defensively. If the score was 6-2 I don't think anyone could say it wasn't fair.I'm on Xmas baking duty. Score looks nice but how are we playing?
Only when the ball touches an attacking player's hand in a move that leads to a goal.I'm confused I thought you were not allowed to touch the ball with any part of your arm/hand in the penalty area.

On our way towards another comfortable 3-2 win.
Very well but you would be having kittens seeing the crosses coming in from the left hand side where Aurier is supposed to be defending.I'm on Xmas baking duty. Score looks nice but how are we playing?
Maradona's goal in 1986 was son-esqueMardadona-esque that! Absolutely fantastic!
Only attackers (where any contact is illegal even if clearly accidental). With defenders the hand / arm has to be in an unnatural position, accidental is allowed.

I am sure we will drop the intensity and aggression in the 2nd half, it's only natural, so will be interesting to see if game management has improved ? Clean sheet, please!Perhaps what the players learned on Wed was that all the talent in the world is no use without a bit of intensity. Burnley have been very sloppy, but we were at them from the whistle and could easily have scored five. And we haven’t even noticed the lack of a creative passer, because the long balls have been so accurate and the movement has been so good.
There was a lot of sloppiness creeping in during the last 10 minutes though. Needs 45 more minutes of concentration.
You bottled it, we all know you were sticking to the wall like a limpet, nervously sipping your pink raspberry cosmo.I had a word with Jose last night about it. Promised me we would start better.
Feck dat.
Giz a mince pie. Any cheese straws ? ?
