I'm confused I thought you were not allowed to touch the ball with any part of your arm/hand in the penalty area.

Brilliant first half, could be 5 up but it could also be 3-2, crosses into our box are causing problems, I wonder Gazzaniga isn't fully trusted?

I thought Dier was very good, which is good to see

Now get another and give some minutes to youngsters. GLC will probably start against Bayern.

Very good first half and a great response to Wednesday
Two other things of note.
1. Aurier is awful, absolutely horrendous. Always out of position and his king fu attack near the end sums him up
2. I have to say that Lucas does his bit defending. I noticed it in other games also

Let's get a few more second half

I saw the Messi goal against Getafe but that Son goal was crazy. One box to the other and great composure at the end.

Great first half playing into the single tier. Maybe we should start in that direction more as we did the same against Palace (well the opposition made that decision.)

Just need that clean sheet now but we don't look convincing defending.

Everything looks so much better today, a weaker opposition helps ofcourse but it feels like the players reacted in the right way to the United defeat. Kane has been looking alot more hungry today, same goes for Son I believe. Lucas effort has reminded me abit of what Willian brought to the table for Chelsea. Dier had a few missplaced passes but overall feels like he's getting closer and closer to match fitness. Would like to see the same team come out for the 2nd half for the first time in forever it feels like. COYS

I'm not sure it even hit his hand/arm. But the PL rules on handball are different to Europe, had that been in the CL we would have got a penalty, if they thought it hit his arm

Not been to many games this season but in five games this is the third time O have seen us at least three goals up at halftime. We still have a lot to learn to close the game up but great to start on the front foot like we did.

I can’t wait to see the Son goal on TV
