I cannot, for the life of me, understand how so called “coaches” can stand there on the sideline and think that bringing Sanchez on was the correct decision.

It was the most ridiculous decision I’ve seen in a very very long time. It’s been clear for the entire season that our players do not like this formation, we sack the manager and yet still play this same nonsense week in week out.

We have a bunch of clowns at centre back, and absurdly look to be rewarding one of them with another 3 year deal!

Honestly have no idea where we go from here. Do we sell Kane, put Richy up top and sign Maddison and hope they can keep the goals coming and then sign defenders who can defend and a keeper that can actually stop a shot?

All I know is that I’m done this season, I’m done with this team, this management team and the way we play. It’s fucking pathetic.
No the most ridiculous decision was moving Romero to the left to accommodate Sanchez, both ridiculous but that was even more ridiculouser.

Just got home and what a shit day out it's been. Bournemouth deserved to win as we were shit and just threw the kitchen sink at it at the end.

Subbing Sanchez on and then off (presumably due to the wankers in the crowd booing) should be a sackable offense. Bringing him on and continuing to try to play out from the back is a known disaster but to then yank him out because it was unpopular is shameful. Any dregs of confidence must now be absolutely gone.

If you were there and were booing our own players then I think you really need to take a long look at yourself and think about what a supporter is.

If you can cheer players when they do well, you can boo players when they have a shocker. That’s just the way it goes, and I’d like to think he’s man enough to take it. If he’s not; well, that’s kinda the problem at Spurs. Soft touch, crumble under pressure.

Still fuming that our pathetic fans booed Sanchez

He ain't great, but it was a cowardly act by so called fans.

Easy target, not his fault he ain't great, sell him, don't play him, his been here long enough to know he isn't good enough, but don't treat him like shit.

Felt ashamed to be a fan today, it's not what we should be about as a club.

Bar a few games, the last few years have felt like we've had a team just go out there and either do only a few limited things or, when the caretaker comes in, just do what they want.

There hasnt really been a functioning unit out there.

The decision to leave Stellini in charge will rank right up there as one of the worst footballing decisions any club has made.

Levy is so inept on the footballing side it beggars belief. Not just out of touch with the fans but out of touch with reality.

He has to go or nothing will ever change regardless of anyone else. Imagine sitting in a room with the powers that be and thinking sacking Conte but leaving his right hand man in charge was the way forward……insanity
Great post, clear Levy sacking Conte and keeping Stellini had nothing to do with the football and all about Conte talking to much about the suspect way we’re run.

That's not fair. Coaches were roundly criticized for bringing Sanchez on to play on the left. So, they tried something different. It did not work - but if they put Sanchez on the left, everyone would have complained.

Sanchez is devoid of confidence, from a lack of minutes, and from some tough outings. He is a nervous bundle wherever he plays right now. Even the center position is dubious - given his propensity to misjudge balls in the air.

Skipp isn't.

Some players can stand out in any midfield. Bentancur is one of those because of his sublime technical ability.

Some need a proper role. Skipp in a 3 will be very good, he has a lot of important qualities.

But he's playing alongside a clogger and Skipp isn't a light agile player either.

He is better than people give him credit though.

Id have ditched Hojbjerg and gone with Sarr and Devine for rest of season
Skipp is average and gets extra credit cause he’s English. He slow and always seems to be stretching for the ball always getting yellows putting himself under pressure. Maybe a squad filler but def not a starter if you want to be challenging for a title or top four

Spine-fucking-less. Conte was the wrong manager for sure but my god he is right about this group of clown shoes
Anyone still willing to criticise Conte for calling out our shit players and shit mentality?!

We all have different views on Conte and whether he should have been appointed or was he backed enough etc etc. But people criticising him for calling out our spineless players - who fundamentally are not good enough to play for Tottenham Hotspur - really boiled my piss at the time.

Conte - and Mourinho before him - whatever their faults - were 100% speaking the truth and were 100% right to publicly say it.

We're passive mate. Go 1 up and sit back.

Or just play through the motions....

There's no serious intent out there to go for the throat.

Yes control the game when it requires it but we've fuck all killer instinct out there...

Why....

Just got back from the game, Sanchez is a terrible footballer but if you were there today and thought it was a good idea to boo your own player I want you out of my club as much as I want levy out. Disgusting

I wouldn't normally agree because I believe a club should look to put matters right but so many things have gone wrong. So many bad decisions. So many holes have been dug.

I want Levy to do a statement like the "DNA" one and explain why some of these decisions were made.

Then give Munn a proper introduction and explain why he has been brought in and what the club intends to do.

They can't keep brushing stuff off.

We threw on 5 forwards and had absolutely no midfield. We have played without a midfield most of the season and continue to allow teams to press the crap out of us because we aren’t ever going to get control of the middle. To be left with only Hojbjerg in the middle was a recipe for disaster even if it was at least something different.

A lot of poor performances today but it’s to be expected.
Yeah fair point. I just want 3 in the middle.......

Stellini chucking richarlison under the bus in his post match comments for missing that chance. Ffs you muppet we should never have been in that position. Don’t lay your crappy game Management on one player for missing one chance. Get this guy out

Sanchez still being here is on the club. The only "crime" a player can commit is to not try and whatever else Sanchez may or may not be, he's never come across as a shirker or lazy.

The club - DL and the board - that's where 100% of any boos need to be directed.
