I don't think much of Jenas as a pundit, but he was spot on in his observation about how nobody in the team dares to step out of formation when we're attacking. Conte has killed the team's creative spark with his obsession over defensive shape in the transition.

Up to you now Daniel. A decisive chairman with a plan would act now.
He’s never been shy in sacking managers before. I guess it depends how much Paratici gets a say?? Or if Paratici gets any say at all at the moment with his legal situation

I disagree. I'm sick of people moaning about Levy and his spending then slagging Chelsea, City for their doped up purchases. Levy is running the club how it should be run. Its the FA, Uefa and ffp not doing the job. Even Leicester stretched ffp, and those who knew it, slagged them for it (not the media tho because of story). I'm in the minority I admit but I don't want to see Spurs sell their soul in search of the quick fix trophy. Its not why I started supporting them over 40years ago. I get anyone who started following from Redknapp onwards but its funny because its the legacy fan who should moan more because they've seen trophies. I'm really struggling to understand the spurs support that have followed in the prem/twitter era.
Maybe we're trying to build in the right way. However, can you honestly say Levy is doing a good job of building us to be successful on the pitch? 10 different managers since he started at the club, all with different play styles and ideologies. It begs the question, where is the plan?

It is ok for us to not be financially doped like City/Chelsea, but then why do we pay some of the most expensive season tickets in Europe?

With Levy as our chairman we have won one trophy. Granted, you can't blame him for all our cup exits, but at what point do you stop blaming the people being hired and start looking at who is doing the hiring?

Same old, we get so tired in the end and Enid will again change manager. We are a joke. But anyway. If I see another defensive manager at spurs I will stop watching

Conte out, Levy step away from all football decisions, Paul Barber in. come out with a long term plan to develop younger players, and be brave about our football. We're terrified, uncreative and crap
If I was Paul Barber I'd stay in Brighton, he's got a good thing going.

First game for me and my dad together for a LONG time. Some people just want to go regardless of the form. Don't blame everyone who has bought a ticket.
Don't blame anyone for going to a game! Particularly when it's that cold and the spectacle on offer is that bad...sorry you and your dad had to endure that.

45m on a wing-back yes. But we needed a RWB, a GK, 2CBs and a playmaker at the very least. So it may not have been zero backing but it certainly wasn’t much more than that either.
As I’ve said before, this is just PlayStation management. No top team has ever bought 5 players like that in January. Literally never. It doesn’t excuse why a squad that was strengthened from last year has got worse in every respect

Conte will never change. Premier League has evolved and unfortunately Conte refuses too.
If he was going to change, he would have done. He’s keeps walking into that wall expecting the outcome to change.

I honestly didn’t give a hoot that Kane chance at the end didn’t go in, would have just been a slower more painful death

Porro and Skipp (mainly because he tried, not because he was great) are the only ones to come with any credit there, actually Forster did well.

Shambles. Those front three were embarrassing, the Kane love in on BT was not justified at all, marginally better than the other two but a cardboard box would have been as effective as Son

Conte has been backed. He's bought a lot of HIS players. It's hardly Levy's fault if they are shit or not being picked by Conte, or that the team that should be able to beat Sheffield United... couldn't. Levy's made mistakes in the past, but at least he went and got an 'elite' manager, he also got Paratici in to make the footballing decisions with Conte. Not everything that happens is Levy's fault. There's plenty of blame to go round.

Anyone defending Conte is like a domestic violence victim

“But he loves me Sharon I know he does. He doesn’t mean it. It’s my fault for only paying £1200 a season”

I didn't even watch the second half... I elected to watch Succession with my partner, because I value enjoyment and pleasure as opposed to tedium and disappointment.

I'm checked out... Although to be honest I have been since November 2019. Used to be a football club over there, and all that.
