I had a 7 fold accumulator bet this eve. Spurs were my banker, my absolute. The rest came in including a last minute goal for Villareal to win.

Obviously they let me down, however usually they do me proud. Anyone else felt this frustration??

Spurs didn't cost you £155 tonight. Your stupidity cost you £155.

I would have whacked all my vCash on it if I'd remembered. I'd probably have also bet on the match with real cash if I was still gambling...

I would never bet on Spurs. It hurts enough when we lose!

I'm the same! I always bet against Spurs, never on us. Won £500 when we lost to Chelsea going back a few years ago (4-0) and I also won money this year when Birmingham beat us (had a tenner on them at 6-1). Bitter sweetness.

I personally never, ever put spurs in a bet. Call it superstition or whatever, but this is the kind of thing that happens.

I whacked most of my vcash on spurs to lose against chelsea on sunday - let's face it, I won't give a **** if we win (and I lose the 'money')and it will be the smallest consolation if we lose.

What if it's a draw (after 90) :)

I never bet on Spurs for this very reason. Or on my local side- Halifax Town. You bet with your heart rather than your head or you risk doing that at least.

I have had 5 wins out of 8 since Christmas on accumulators though. The key to my new found success. Go to a bookies that allows Conference betting. Corals is a good one. The Conf is a goldmine of predictable results. The bottom 4 pretty much lose every week.
