Loving this guy as each week passes and another important goal from the Ice man. Took him a while to get to grips with life at Spurs but since given a chance by AVB, he has taken it brilliantly and has been among our best players in 2013. I think this guy will be a massive player for us next season and still only 23. Siggy we love you

Agree, think he always adds something, good passes and good goals, even if a few tap ins. Top it off hid middle name is Thor, nickname Ice Man or Siggy, does he get much cooler? Plus he is fit (not gay)

Comes down to confidence, he always had the ability but playing for Swansea is a world away from playing for Spurs. You could see his lack of confidence at the start of the season but now he's settled into the team.

We can look forward to better performances from him next season.

It just goes to show that not every player settles immediately.
Plenty had given up on him before he started playing better and scoring and I get the feeling a few people are wavering on Holtby for the same reason.

That next season, Sigurdsson will be fully integrated (he looks to be now TBF) and Holtby will be 8/9 months in himself and should be well integrated too bodes well.

Don't think he gets the appreciation he deserves. It's always good to have players all around that can score goals and he's exactly that.

He's had a strange first season with us. He's an attacking mid who has found himself not quite working out for us in his natural position. He's been shifted to the left most of the time to accomodate Bale coming into the centre and has looked better for it. He's got better as the season has gone on and scored some vital goals for us. Ironically, he hasn't scored the kind of goals he normally scores (long rangers), but he's always been in the right place at the right time to poach a goal.

I've been happy with him and hope he can provide more. I don't think he'll be a first teamer provided we improve our attacking options but he'll make an excellent squad player. Kind of like the new Krancjar.

He'd be perfect as the attacking player in a 3. Him and Dembele could rotate that spot. Holtby, Caroll and again Dembele could rotate the link role. We'd have Parker, Sandro and then if chasing a game Hudd to do the deep lying role. Very good quality players in a system that wouldn't be dramatically affected by one or two players getting injured
