Youtube lies...Youtube him looks an immense prospect tall and can finish and good dribbler and deceptively quick!
Decent hold-up man with no pace, no technique and no nothing to make it the PL...
He could maybe do okay in netherland

No, just think it's funny that you talk as if Zaha and Richarlison are N'koudou/N'jie levels of tripe. Not really sure there are many players of a higher level that are either affordable for us or would be willing to come
Lots of MOTD players I can think of have been flavour of the month
Ighalo, Gabiadinni and Michu come to mind... great for 6 months but probably not worth the 30+million chance to find out they are aint that hot
He could be great, but how much would it cost to find out?
Thanks for that @sammyjI actually went to see a Fluminense game and whilst I remember him playing I don't recall him doing too much to stand out.
Having said that, he was spoken about very highly by the media and was always amongst the weekends highlights. He's not your traditional Brazilian in the sense that he wants to party when not playing (like Neymar). He's more like Jesus in the way that he continuously works hard and has more focus, can imagine that's something Poch will like about him.
He's got a lot of room for improvement but I do believe that he has a lot of what we are looking for. Him and Malcom are two that I'm keen on.
Not convinced by him. We had a player with more skill, flair, but also end product in Nacer Chadli. If he wasn’t good enough, and he probably wasn’t, then I can’t imagine Richarlison is. Seems mainly to be an athlete with a little bit of skill and not much end product.
I don’t disagree with your assessment of either, but Kane also has, you could see this when he was a teenager, fantastic awareness and intelligence. He’s also always had great technique. My issue with Chadli was desire. He had all the tools in his locker to be a decent 15 goals in all comps type of player year in and year out, but sometimes you couldn't motivate him to put in a shift.
Every time I have seen Richarlison play (10+ this year as Watford are a team I enjoy), I have yet to see him lack intention and drive. I can see some of the physical comparisons, but what has made Kane the player he is, is the never say die attitude and for me Richarlison has that desire in him.

You can get so far with attitude and desire, it’s half the battle, but Michael Brown had this in abundance too. Yes, Richarlison is much better than Michael Brown, but I still don’t see the flair or skill to give him a realistic chance of competing with Eriksen, Dele, Son and Lamela.

.
I could not see this at all, and I think you are in a minority if you could. I watched Kane a few times whilst out on loan and honestly would never have guessed that he would do what he has. I am delighted to have not had a clue- gives me hope for all of our other players.

Harry Kane has played as an attacking midfielder in his career as much as he's played as a number 9. He has a bit of vision and can play a good pass, links well with midfield and scores goals. He may not be VDV, but there's a reason he gets compared to Sheringham in his style so much. Last night was not desperation, it was actually a good decision and Harry justified it by being by far our best outfield player.
I personally think, and I was watching him as a kid years back, he's just as likely to be a number 10 as he is a number 9.
He’s not worth what we’d have to pay to get him here. Watford would bend us over as Palace did with Zaha. There are better more talented players available for the price we’d have to pay. Pass for me.
Does make me wonder why we even bother chase pl players unless they’ve an expiring contract or a reasonable release clause, we’ve no interest paying the fees that clubs want
I think you’ll see us do a lot less business with Premier League clubs in the future than we have in the past. With the new TV contract and every team in the league flush with cash, transfer fees between league teams have become outrageous. Van Dijk is a perfect example of that. He’s a really good player, may even become a great one, but £75 mil for him is ridiculous. He’s not worth that and is an enormous risk at that price.Does make me wonder why we even bother chase pl players unless they’ve an expiring contract or a reasonable release clause, we’ve no interest paying the fees that clubs want
