walker is best RB in the league end of, he will be a huge loss especially to a rival there is no point trying to find his weaknesses now that we have sold him to make ourselves feel better about it

Equally, there is no point in making him out as a man with no weaknesses that we can't cope without and having a breakdown in every thread about the transfer window so far. Realistically, there is a middle ground between these two extremes which is where we are at currently.

In response, it's all speculation at this point isn't it? We still won our games with Tripps playing at RB didn't we? Just like every player Walker had his weaknesses and he was being judged during the season for his faults. This isn't some "he's gone so let's dog him". Will we miss him? No one knows at this point so enjoy the off season, trust in Poch and have a pint!

We also lost a few with Tripps at RB. Think each had positives and negatives weighed up against the opposition we were facing. Don't think Pep would ever have considered Walker at Barcelona. But, after a season here, he's realized the PL's a different animal, and KW checks most of the boxes required, particularly with regard to City's needs. It's a big loss for us, but Perreira would be a great replacement.

we better close this quickly or other clubs like Leipzig come sniffing..... I got a feeling Levy gonna fuck it up like Sessegnon.

:nailbiting:
What? How the fuck did he fuck that up? The guy decided to stay put and get development where he was!

Nice guy.
A bit spammy I know, but I used to work with a Japanese girl who's surname was Takenoshita.

Never been so jealous of someone's name in my life..

Except my buddy, Dmitry Fuckrightov maybe.:D

Really hope we don't arse about again replacing a position we need to fill, if we knew Walker was going, we should have someone lined up. The full-back search should NOT go to fucking deadline day (again).

Just because we have a good player in Tripper does not mean we don't need to replace Walker.

Everyone goes on about Walker's pace, but you won't find a more powerful and physically tough fullback in the league.

This is true but he very rarely put it to use in the final third.

Yet according to the squawka stats, he has the best percentage of aerial duels won in the PL by a right back
Yeah that's what I was going on too. He was solid in the air but like everything else he does he was prone to a brain fart.
